Love the vibe of this studio. Lots of different instructors so you can find your preferred level of intensity, focus and music. Lots of class times so you can work yoga into your morning, afternoon or evening schedule. Fair pricing and a nice community of practitioners. It has become my yoga "home" - especially since it's a little closer to my own home vs. the studio on Grand.

Great studio. Took a 3 year hiatus from yoga and feels so good to be back at Left Coast. This studio is beautiful and the teachers (Rose, Malka, Kiko, Katie, Kaushik) are even more amazing. Highly recommend!!

I love attending Left coast Laurel. they craft their classes so an experienced practitioner can find challenge but a new student will find it accessible. The owner Rachel embodies all the qualities that are at the heart of yoga- compassion, connectedness, community-focused, open-heartedness. Her positive influence seems to affect everything happening here. I‘m so grateful to attend here

Left coast Laurel studio has experienced but grounded yoga teachers with classes that provide something for everyone. Students vary from experienced yogis to newcomers, which makes it a refreshing place to come back to time and again. I highly recommend checking out this no ego studio for a supportive community to discover or deepen your practice.

I love this place. The studio is clean and comfortable. They have mats to borrow or purchase, plenty of storage for your personal gear during class and squishy floors for those of us who have sensitive wrists. The new Zumba classes are awesome, the power yoga teachers are friendly and knowledgable, it's just a great spot all around.

Classes have been great. In the past week I've attended two Power Yoga classes, and one Restorative Yoga class. All of the Instructors have been very friendly & supportive to someone who is new to yoga. My first class the Instructor made sure to learn all new students names and if we had questions or limitations, so I felt at ease right away. The students are friendly too, some are super advanced and others are beginners like myself, its a very welcoming environment. The Laurel location has clean bathrooms & changing rooms, extra mats, and other yoga supplies. The heated Power Yoga class is warm but not uncomfortable ~80 - 85F; works up a great sweat.Happy I signed up for the membership, since the classes have definitely helped increase flexibility , energy, and my overall exercise has been going better.Looking forward to trying out the Zumba class later this week. I'm also hoping they add Pilates at the Laurel location.Great place! :-)

I have been doing yoga since 2010 and my "wants and needs" have evolved over time. This studio has such a strong sense of welcoming and community! I love how well they accomodate all skill levels. Even the most advanced classes offer modifications for beginner/intermediate students, making it inclusive for all. : )

I hired Left Coast Power Yoga to host a Silent Disco Yoga party for my staff at Lake Merritt, and it very much exceeded my expectations. Can't recommend them enough, the experience was well coordinated and all details were taken care of. My staff had a great time.
