Great gym, great instructors, great atmosphere, I have been unable to commit to any gym over the decades until I found this place. My strength has at least tripled. I show up when I can I am not an overzealous member. Nevertheless I am much stronger, agile, nimble. I recommended just show up.

I was super intimidated to join a new gym and try Crossfit for the first time after months of being isolated and less than active during the pandemic. James and the staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the membership is also warm & inviting. Facilities are clean and well-stocked and the location can’t be beat.

I LOVE Pacific Strength!! I've been working with owner and head coach James Kusama for almost 4 years. I love his programming and have seen a lot of gains both in strength and conditioning.The gym space is also really great and he has fantastic equipment and layout.
