Nati’s Pilates classes deliver thoughtful, personal, and engaging sessions wherein she recognizes everyone in the room as individuals even though we are doing the same exercises. This is a testament to her Pilates acumen - identifying how each body is moving. In private lessons Nati works closely with you to emphasize those parts of your body that require attention. This makes the private session as much about health as it is about concentration and control. Members of my family, regardless of age, have all benefited from Nati’s Pilates classes and our increased core strength advantage all aspects of our lives.

Working with Nati has been life-changing. After recurring back spams for nearly a decade my back hit its breaking point last spring. I developed chronic back pain and couldn't stand up straight for months. I connected with Nati at the beginning of the pandemic desperate for pain relief and increased mobility. Since then I have gained so much more than that! Not only do I longer experience pain daily, but I have a newfound understanding of my body that has carried over into more awareness of my posture during all forms of movement and at my job as a hairstylist. All of this has been achieved from home! Our virtual sessions don't feel like a compromise and I'm constantly in awe of the direction she is able to give from the screen. Nati is such a good teacher. She knows everything and has an eagle eye for anything that is off. She will make you work hard and check in with you constantly to make sure the level is right and you are not coasting through - unless that's what you want. Love this class have been taking it forever and it helps my body in numerous ways. She is always supportive and patient too.

I've had many Pilates instructors over the years, and Nati is one of the top two Pilates instructors I've experienced. We've done Pilates online with her since the start of the pandemic. The online format works surprisingly well - she is able to give personal attention to each of us and regularly gives each person detailed feedback and adjustments to our posture/positioning that I find invaluable. I've learned so much more from her than from any other instructor, and I find that I apply what I've learned about posture and using my core to many everyday activities outside of class. Nati adjusts class based on the way people are feeling at the start of class. She gives people various options for each exercise corresponding to how they are feeling (tight back, sore foot or shoulder, etc.) Class exercises can range from the feet to the neck. Class exercises vary so we don't do the same thing every class. I highly recommend her.

Nati is easily the best pilates instructor I have ever worked with. She is extremely knowledgeable, fun, and empowering. She challenges you to grow in the ways that are best for your body, and always reminds you to celebrate your own strength. I have attended virtual group classes with her for 2+ years and have felt real improvements in my strength and mobility thanks to her instruction. She is a joy to move with.

I cannot recommend Nati enough! Five stars! I have taken virtual private sessions with her for 2 years and during that time have seen incredible progress in my strength and flexibility. She tailors the sessions just for me and has a vast knowledge about how the body works, and what adjustments can be made with respect to injuries, etc. so that I am getting the best possible workout while also being safe. My feet need a lot of attention and Nati has found a way to work in foot strengthening, stretching, and mobilization into every session. Besides her depth of knowledge, listening and observation skills, creativity in planning, she is an absolute delight to spend time with. She is warm, patient and funny, and revels in her students' progress. I was lucky enough to discover Nati’s fantastic reformer classes before the pandemic, and the opportunity to continue my Pilates practice on Zoom with her in the height of the pandemic and after has been an absolute blessing. Nati’s teaching philosophy relies heavily on the mind body connection, and she always provides thoughtful corrections to perfect form (even over Zoom!) due to her in-depth understanding of the body. In Nati’s classes, I know that I will complete a rigorous workout, but equally importantly, I also know that I will finish class feeling uplifted and mentally strong.

My friend introduced me to Nati at the beginning of the pandemic (April 2020), and since then I've taken duo, solo, and group lessons! I've never actually met Nati in person (I live on the East Coast), but teaching over the screen clearly doesn't impact her ability to coach and share her love of movement. She has a sharp eye and comes up with creative sequences that challenge your body and individual needs. I cannot recommend her classes enough!
