The gym is very clean, staff friendly and helpful. It was good to see that there is a gym in this area. Encouraging for a community to get healthy. Would like to have seen more DIY sanitation stations placed between work out areas rather than walking into the next area to get.

I went to sign up and almost left because the lady at the front desk did not seem to know what she was doing nor did she seem to care. I kept having to ask standard questions that you'd think would have been told to me up front. A really poorly trained employee or a very lazy one. Sis not want to give me any information or a run down of facilities. If they didn't have the tanning beds and hydro massage chairs I would have went back to 24 hr fitness.

Great staff ! Patrons could clean up after themselves better and not treat employees like they are our slaves . In particular Brandon stopped his front desk duties to clean locker room after I complained.
