Totally awful service they don’t let you have your personal little gym bag with but other people they do let them but as soon as they see me with my bag the lady immediately makes me. Put my bag away but others do allowed them to have their big gym bags

Overall pleasant experience, blow dryer kept shorting out, someone stole it or removed it on today's visit, someone has also removed all of the pamper bar stools, one employee attempted to justify her existence by snapping my photo I frequent this site but visited both days as a black excellence guest to someone, there's always some spirits on extra mode... Convenience to my current location....When are they going to reimburse former membership holders for the funds stolen during the onset of the pandemic?

Planet fitness in West Oakland is just OK. They could step up their cleanliness standards that's for sure. I know it's a budget gym but I shouldn't have to remove other people's hair from the drains when I take a shower. The water is hot …

Great place especially for the price you pay. It's really clean, the workers are nice and help keep the place clean. The people are respectful and also do there part to wipe down the equipment they use. Very sanitary
