So Katie, was probably one of the ultimate best coaches you'll have on here. I totally recommend her. I just had my second kid and let me tell you he destroyed my entire abdominal section. Katie helped me strengthen my core muscles back up and I am totally ready for hot girl summer. This gym is totally awesome. I would recommend it. The accountability and the accessibility and the atmosphere is fabulous. 10 out of 10.

Love this virtual gym program that makes working out accessible to anyone in the United States. They have coaches in each time zone who are able to assist you with your fitness and nutrition.Things that attracted me: virtual workouts with an instructor via zoom, accountability coaches that won't flake on you after the first workout, virtual community events with other members.Things I didn't care for: the price is a little steep, however definitely worth it. Also the use two apps for scheduling classes and communication with you coach is a bit of a learning curve in the beginning. The workouts are definitely the best I've had in a long time. The coaches also provide alternative workouts for anyone with injuries or limitations, that way you get the best use of your time. I definitely recommend this program to everyone no matter the experience level. I also loved my coach Steph who was able to help me find ways to incorporate healthy dietary habits into my life and work through things that made it difficult for me to previously incorporate. She is so easy to talk to and very creative with helping you schedule out your week both for workouts and nutrition.I joined the 12 week program and have gone down from a size 20 to a size 16. Everyone is asking me what my secret is and I tell them it's Queer gym.

I joined this gym for several reasons, the last being that it was queer focussed. While the community aspect is absolutely wonderful given the rural area that I live in, the real nuggets of gold are the personalized coaching (more on that in a moment), the live zoom classes and the hook that got me in, was the accountability component (also a genius business model I might add).Everyone will find they have their favorite coaches and class themes, here, there and throughout life, that's just how we are as people. All of the coaches who teach classes are wonderful, knowledgeable and accommodating. These people are leaders in the industry and they work really hard to not just guide the classes, but to assist with multiple options to accommodate injury, range of motion limitations and stamina which I think is absolutely brilliant and inviting. My personal coach is Katie. While the gym and classes and the lay of the land is a solid foundation for all things to be built upon, Katie would be the monument with an everlasting inspirational quote that keeps the train moving. What I love about having Katie as a coach is the great communication, the ever apparent knowledge and ability to break anything and everything (workouts, goals, life) from complex and overwhelming into digestible and nibbles that ultimately make things achievable. As a class guide, Katie can explain movements that would be in an advanced class, in a way that a beginner can succeed at. This makes classes taught by Katie truly successful for all abilities. Encouraging, accommodating, personable. And like I said, the community as a whole is wonderful, truly blissful actually - this is a fantastic program that just happens to provide a safe space and community for the queer community. A win all around in my book.

This has been one of the best investments I’ve made into my health this year. Every single person I have interacted with has been kind, supportive, and encouraging. I love the variety of classes offered, the instructors have a modification for literally everything, you’re not required to be on camera and everyone is truly welcomed as they are.My coach Katie is obviously the best and I’m not at all biased- she helps me create individualized goals that level up weekly, I know she’s always in my corner if I have any questions, and she’s one of the most genuinely wholesome people I have had the pleasure of talking to. Anybody can read a chart of next steps, but the people working here truly listen to you to figure out where they can best assist you. It’s nice to feel like I have a team of my own.And the community? One of the largest groups of positivity focused but real-life-acknowledging bundle of queers you’ll have the pleasure of talking to. Most workouts have a short period where you get to join a chat room with a few other people and get to know them, share about your life updates, and be surrounded by those who are as invested as you are.I have no regrets, and hope to be able to continue with another contract when my first 12 weeks are up.

They make everything fun and accessible for everyone and no judgement when you’re not there yet for things. Coaches really care about you and want you to get something out of classes and group hangs. It’s an easy way to get connected to …

I joined quite recently, but already I am so excited to be a part of The Queer Gym! The classes have been challenging but also with space to go at my own pace / make adjustments when needed. Other members are super involved and it's a great community, and I feel excited to exercise in a way that I never have before!

This gym is great for anyone who wants more queer community and accountability. I had a major injury and have needed some help getting back into activity and a healthier lifestyle in general. My coach has been supportive, helpful, and keeps me motivated.

I’m still new to the program but so far my experience has been amazing! All the coaches are super welcoming, energetic and encouraging. I love being able to have this community from how and I’m not afraid to go to the gym. I’ve always been self conscious going out because I don’t know what I’m doing. 10000000/10 do recommend!

I joined The Queer Gym three months ago and it's the first time I've enjoyed and looked forward to working out. There are different kinds of classes that meet every need for anyone looking to be more active. They also offer alternative movements without any shame or judgement for any of the exercises that you're unable to do.The weekly session with my coach keeps me motivated and on-task. I'm working out, drinking my water, eating better, and my mobility has improved significantly since joining. Thanks Queer Gym!!
