Mike was awesome!! He slowed it down just enough to teach technique while still maintaining a fast, controlled rhythm. He made the class fun and interesting. Looking forward to the next session, thanks Mike!

I've enjoyed every instructor/coach whose class I've attended. They're all a little bit different, but super knowledgeable. The classes are fun and challenging for all levels of fitness and technical experience.

Byron is my favorite coach! I was traveling for a month and had a great first class back with Byron. He always makes it fun and even makes us laugh while still working hard. Byron and Ron were so welcoming!! It felt so great to be back!!

This place is great! Went for my 2nd boxing class and loved the facility, instructor, and staff. The free first class really helps. I’ll be signing up for a membership

I have tried 3 different tittle locations This location of title is very different and by far the best I have ever tried. Everyone at the front desk was incredibly friendly. Had a great first workout with Gilbert a.k.a. "The Crazy African", he made the workout super fun and made sure he remembered everyone's name. I'll definitely will be working out here for a long time

Been going on and off for a few months. Just came back after a hectic few months and not being able to attend and it’s still such a fun experience, even when you’re exhausted after it all. And nothing beats Byron’s reminder to be nice at the end of all his classes :)

I so love Title Boxing, Oakland! I absolutely love the vibe, the people, the energy and not to mention how clean and well maintained the studio is!I met Ron and he was so easy to chat with answering questions very clearly! Sarah and Gwen are simply wonderful!!Michael is a phenomenal instructor and I absolutely feed off of his energy in class. His clear instructions are easy to follow and he has a fantastic high energy, and motivating playlist! I quickly and surely eased into the class.....I rate Michael a 5 and he is absolutely my favorite instructor....I am looking forward to learning, toning and simply enjoying a kickass class!!

Had my first session with Ron - highly recommend if you’re looking to add something new to your weekly routine. The staff (especially Ron) and fellow students were super encouraging and welcoming. The class was very well planned - warm ups, hitting the bags, core, and cool down. The teachers encourage you to go at your own pace, so if you’re feeling nervous like I was, try to lean into it and give this place a chance (they also offer the first class for free)! Also they have a bunch of classes throughout the day so it’s a great option if you have a busy/irregular schedule. Definitely will be back :-)
