The men bathroom is horrible I try to use one and two of them was full popo was very nasty this place need a lot work on clean up

I went in to the gym on 2/2/2020 and spoke to a new manager by the name of Giselle. She was very rude, condescending, unprofessional, and treated me like I was not a loyal customer to the gym. I used to go to that gym often but I rarely go now because of the unprofessional treatment I received from Giselle.Someone like her does not need to be a manager at a gym since she lacks basic courtesy, customer service, professionalism, manners, and respect for guest#Terrible Customer Service

This place has a very spacious changing room with a large sauna. The machines may be a little outdated but they are very well kept. I haven't run across any areas that needed cleaning either and it has a lack of smell you may otherwise find in many other gyms.

Giving them a one star for false advertising. They're not open 24 hours on the weekends what gives? Recommended going to another cheaper gym that's actually OPEN 24 HOURS!

I hate this place. I sighed up through Costco and I would have bought the $699 for 2 years if I knew, this sucks.. $499 for 2 years for this really.. oh no, my membership at Chuze was 100% better for $20 a month.. I well never ever do this again.. ☹️

Dear management of 24 hour fitness on Chapman and Prospect in OrangeGood and clean place with good people, the only negative is that the tread mill Audio systems hardly work on the machines. IF Audio works, then Chanel changer does NOT work. Please change or do something major and NOT band aid solution. Also please mark all the machines with numbers. This will help members to be your eyes and ears reporting written, defects on any machine.Thank you for your service. Keep up the good work.Kris Mirzayan.

Everything is great - clean facility an friendly staff. Except for the equipment! Needs to be upgraded or at least maintained better. Almost impossible to make adjustments to some machines, weight numbers are wearing off or illegible. Someone had a great suggestion to number the machines. This would make it so much easier for newbies to identify what machines they need to use.
