I really like this facility! It's not too big and there are a variety of machines for me to work out on. The staff is friendly and accommodating also. So glad to have a gym open so I can work out!

This is a wonderful well-equipped gym. Lots of new equipment to let you workout any way you want to. The staff was great. They're too kind to accommodate even if you're a regular member. Just come and experience!

Excellent and very friendly staff. The gym is always clean. Weights are re-racked, bathrooms are clean. Highly recommend! Edit: I should have read other reviews first, we’ve been members for a little over 2 years now. Don’t know who Riley is? But, Parker is there as the manager now and he’s fantastic! Trustworthy and professional. Also, it’s easy to find down times to go since it most definitely is open ANYTIME! Bonus: some of your health care providers will pay half of your monthly fees if you sign up.

Stopped by here for the first time today. The staff is very friendly and professional, the gym is clean, and it's not crowded at all. Just the outstanding customer service by itself is worthy of 5 stars. Check this place out if you're looking for a solid gym with good people, service, and lots of locations.

Passing through California (from Canada) and stopped by here this morning for a workout. Nice gym with plenty of equipment. The staff is especially very friendly and helpful! Had to opportunity to chat with a couple of the trainers and got a very welcome feeling!Gym goers are also happy and friendly!Would definitely recommend, and I'll be popping by daily on my next visit to the area! :)

Almost no one there in the afternoons. Has tons of free weights, functional training equipment, full TRX rig, soft tissue devices. This is one of the best kept secrets in the area. Oh and the staff are super on point about helping you, no sales pitch at all! Love this place! Oh and with my Blue Cross insurance I only pay $25 month

I have been going to this gym 2 times a week for 8 months now.. The people are all very nice. The manager is a great guy, always greets you. The trainers are friendly. The gym is clean and the equipment is nice and well maintained. I like this gym there are regular people here just trying to stay healthy. It is not too busy, usually and I can get in and get out easily.
