I wanted to give this new gym a try so I signed up for the $30 monthly basic membership. After about a week in I realize just how disappointing this gym is. The quantity of weights and machines is not anywhere near enough for the amount of people in the gym. The dumbbells are always scattered and the restrooms are filthy with no toilet paper. However, the most disappointing part is the costumer service. The staff and manager put no effort into providing the bare minimum. I canceled my membership on the app, yet I was still being charged. I then try to call the gym but was never answered. Stay away from this gym.

I am appalled by the gym etiquette here. It being busy is definitely a consequence of being in a very centralized location. I don’t blame the staff, but the crowd here is just untidy.

Clean and friendly Manager. I recommend this location to anyone trying to decide where to workout. Median age at 5pm on Sunday is 22 years old 80% and over 35, 20 %.Plenty of space to get a good workout and shower area vast.

Good size gym. Open and spacious. They need more smaller weights. Also, they took away the paper towels in the bathroom to save money. There’s nothing to clean your hands with and no paper towels throughout the gym. I already followed a complaint since they are not meeting sanitizing standards, but they haven’t done anything about it.

You have to hunt down weights because they are never in the right place. No one re racks and staff only spends time trying to sign up people to an already over crowded gym. Nice looking gym tho. Has potential just way too crowded.

I use to live by there. Went back after 25 years and still have the same equipment. Equipment looks old and rusted. Can be a health hazard. Went early at 5am. Couldn't find weights.

This used to be Bally's before LA Fitness bought them out. The free weights are never re-racked correctly and like the Santa Ana location, the staff don't care. It's not a large facility and the 1st floor is usually busy. The pool is okay …
