I have tried a lot of programs and most recently CrossFit. Nothing againts CrossFit, but I came out of CrossFit injured a lot. I also didn't like that the coaches thought we were in boot camp (been there).At OrangeTheory, the coaches are there to push you, and not berate you. I end up pushing myself harder and have yet to leave injured. Rather, I leave inspiring myself after finding new distances my body (and mind) are willing to go.

I've heard really great things about OTF and finally found our for myself how awesome it is. Non-stop cardio for one hour and done! It's low-impact and you go at your own pace. I'm really enjoying it and looking forward to getting back in shape again.

I truly enjoy my Saturday morning 6:05am class with Leslie. Great workouts! Great energy and music. She does walk around ensuring we're using proper techniques. The only thing I wish OTC would consider is upgrading the system since Brea is not able to see my account due to sign up with Chino. Questions never to be answered . I always need to call Chino .

A friendly and knowledgeable staff pushes you to reach new goals and surpass your limits in a safe way. Exercises are constantly changing and increasingly challenging. Instructors make even the most difficult tasks easy and approachable for new members and guests.

Orange Theory has a great team feel, which helps unmotivated people (like myself) feel part of a team. The trainers are great and have fun with the classes. They have you do a variety of workouts each day that target different muscles and help you become more fit all around. Great for people that want to work on cardio and get in shape.

There are so many reasons why I love OTB! First it is a full 60 minute workout, you are challenged for the full 60 minutes! I love the combination of running/cardio and weight training. The coaches are top-notch and keep you motivated the entire workout! The gym is CLEAN! I love the strict cleanliness guidelines! I also love the Tuesday 10:25 90 minute class, I would love to see one more 90 minute during the week! I've been a member for almost a year and know that I will continue my membership for years to come! Nice job OTB!
