Cash grab!! Brian will sell his remote service until you make the payment then zero guidance throughout the course. Zero direct contact with the nutritionist/dietitian. I wasted more than $500. Cash grab and disorganized.

These guy’s are results driven it doesn’t matter your age or the shape you are in they are there to help you create and live a healthy lifestyle! These guy’s have been amazing and I would recommend this gym to anyone who wants to feel a part of a gym family and change their life!

Best Gym and Trainers ever!!! It's a friendly and fun place to workout! We've been going for years now and had a blast every time. Wouldn't trade it for anywhere else!

I parked in front of this business in the handicap spot. I have a handicap plaque due to multiple foot surgeries. Their trainer Matt came running out of their business and told me to park somewhere else that I was in a handicapped spot ..Very rude and confrontational. I told him I had a plaque that was in the window.” He said doesn’t look like you are handicapped” in a snide tone .. I was applaud. I went in to his business to tell him I did not appreciate him coming out and confronting me in such a combative manner. If he had a question he could of simply asked. I would of been happy to have a conversation. He replied with “noted”. Didn’t even offer an apology where as a compassionate person would of apologized once they realized they were in the wrong. If this is the type of trainers in this business, I would never recommend anyone go to be trained by such a arrogant, rude individual with no compassion for someone’s disability!
