I have been going twice a week since November and love it! My clothes are fitting better and I feel a lot stronger in my core for the first time after having my daughter 2.5 years ago. The workouts are relaxing like yoga and have minimal impact on joints but are still a good HARD workout. The instructors are great, positive people who give clear instructions and keep classes varied - no two are ever the same. I also like the body positivity: there are all shapes and sizes here, and instructors never use shame/self-hatred as the motivator to keep going. I always feel great after a class!

I have never been able to commit to a work out routine because there was nothing that fit me. Gyms are not me, I have tried and wasted a lot of money. I took a Pilates class and found the intensity can be customized. Classes keep me accountable and I get the kind of work out that fits me. It’s my perfect fit. It also helps that the more classes I attend and see so many friends and familiar faces!

I have been attending Club Pilates west Overland Park for about 1 month now.The instructors are highly educated in pilates.I feel every part of my body is exercising appropriately, and safe.The instructors make our workouts so fun and classes go so quickly.I look forward to going back everyday and that is a first for me.I highly recommend Club Pilates West Overland Park.I give it 5 stars and would give it 10 if I could.I challenge anyone to give it a try. LOVE this studio! I suffer from chronic lower back pain and have finally found an effective workout that my back can handle. Instructors are so kind and knowledgeable and other members are friendly and encouraging! Never thought I would enjoy a workout enough to get me out of bed for a 5:00am class!

After knee surgery I was really struggling to get back into my fitness routine. I discovered cycling which was amazing for my cardio, but still lacked strength training. Club Pilates was the perfect solution for this! The low impact exercises have helped toned and strengthen me back to where I was prior to surgery! As well, the instructors are so friendly and supportive. They are always checking in for injuries or issues and help tailor the exercises to exactly what is best for you!

Great place to get some workout done! Always clean and organized and friendly staffs. Hannah and Amber are awesome instructors, I enjoy their classes. Only thing that I struggle little is hours because with hours I work, I don't have much option but to go classes real early during the weekdays or only attend weekend classes.

This Club Pilates is the best thing I have ever done for myself. The instructors are gold standard. The classiest work out strength training studio in Johnson county. I am getting stronger every week!! Yay

I have been a member of this studio since it opened and I love it! There is a variety of classes and the instructors keep it new and fresh. I feel great after my workouts and my joints are so much less achy!
