I love this place. It is small, but has everything you need to keep yourself fit. There is enough cardio equipment, weight equipment, free weights, and wood floor space that I never have a problem doing what I want to do when I get there. The trainers there are really attentive to their customers and there are a wide variety of specialties. Unlike a lot of smaller gym spaces, there are locker rooms with showers. The folks there are great!

I have been working out at Fitness Quest for over 4 years and love it. Close to home, friendly people, and comfortable environment. I prefer it over the big gym I used to use. And Allen Lisko is a personal trainer there who is the very best! He is kind and encouraging. With him, I have changed my body shape and dropped from a 12-14 to an 8-10.
