KSAC is truly my second home, the coaches and the community are my family. Our coaches are knowledgeable, they care about your well being and cater to your needs. Everyone needs individual attention in some capacity and our coaches are great at coming around and giving you support. Love this place, going on 4 years here ❤️.

This is my home away from home! All the coaches are helpful and genuinely want to see everyone in their CrossFit and epoch family succeed. I continually amazed by everyone's investment in the gym and community. If you want a gym where your consistently challenged to be your best version of you whatever your fitness level, go to the gym where everybody knows your name And they are always glad you came!

I have been a member of this gym for over 5 years and couldn't be happier. The coaches are amazing and everyone at the gym is friendly and welcoming. The training is top notch and I love working out at KSAC.

I started here as an overweight, and out of shape 42 year old man with shoulder problems. I've been able to use Cross Fit and EPOC classes to get stronger overall and improve the mobility in my shoulders. There have been many movements I can't do, but there is always a way to scale the workout. If something doesn't feel right, the coaches are always glad to program around injuries on the fly to keep you moving and improving where you can. The coaches check on you throughout the class and really stress form, and will back you off in weight if you have lost it. I have lost 40 lbs, but more importantly this is the first time in my adult life I have stuck to a workout program of any kind for over a year and 300+ workouts. The classes are hard, but the endorphins after are worth it.

Great community of all types of abilities. Coaching staff is very knowledgeable and easy to approach with questions. I like that they have lots of other resources inside the gym too. Physical therapy, chiropractic, and nutritional counseling are all awesome and have been super helpful for me.

I’ve been an active member since around October of 2019 and I honestly can’t see myself ever leaving. Every single coach is beyond knowledgeable and all share the same end goal of getting their clients to reach new limits without sacrificing proper form. When you walk through KSAC doors you’re not walking into a gym, you’re walking into a home. We’re all here to see one another succeed in lifting and in life!

I took a tour of this club and was blown away with amount they have to offer!! One of the cleanest and organized gym facilities i have ever seen. The staff welcomes you into their family and helps you grow as a person! If you are looking to join a fit and gorgeous gym community - this is the Athletic Club for you!!

KSAC has a family atmosphere. If you are looking to workout with a great group of athletes, this is your place. I joined just over a year ago and with their great coaching, I’m now able to do things I thought were impossible for me. Highly recommend this place. Tons of class times to choose from, I prefer the 5AM CREW.

I've been going to KSAC since January 2019 and it has been one of the best decisions I've made. The coaches and people there feel like family. I've gotten in the best shape of my life through the programming there. I looked like an awkward baby giraffe when I first started but thanks to the coaches patience and expertise I am now a semi proficient crossfitter.
