OTF had turned me into a morning person who works out at 6 am. I love walking into a class not having to plan the workout I’m about to have. I can walk in and crush my goals. The coaches push you, and motivate you during each block of treadmill, rower or weight floor. I have lost nearly 40 lbs so far in the past 9 months, but my mental health means more to me than any movement on the scale!

I absolutely love OrangeTheory Fitness! Everything from the multiple class options, great trainers, fun music, and ability to modify workouts for each individual. I’ve never looked forward to working out and now I can’t wait to go back each day!

I signed up for Orange Theory because I knew I needed to make a change in my life and work to become more healthy. I really didn't know anything about the program. I didn't like gyms, hated treadmills and would not call myself a morning person. Over two years later and I still love it. The awesome thing about it is every day is different so you don't get burned out on the same old thing. The instructors really push you to be better and the classes expose you to so many different variations of how to get a good workout. I've become friends with other members and while I still don't love the treadmills, I respect them now. I am as excited to go to class at 5 AM as I was when I started. It works! Some say its too expensive, but I would challenge anyone to find a more efficient way to workout. When I started I would average 950 calories/class. As I have become more fit I am in the 800-900 range, but in terms of bang for your buck there is no equal.

I took one of Albert's classes for the first time and he is phenomenal! He saw that one of the core exercises wasn't challenging me so he added weight to the reps. That definitely challenged me! I love that the OTF coaches will help each individual be the best they can be!

Very impressed with the staff and coaches at this gym! I joined about a month and a half ago.... it’s never the same workout and I always leave feeling accomplished! Definitely would recommend joining. Worth the money if you’re dedicated to getting healthy and stronger.
