Best massage in KC! I’ve been searching for years now for a massage therapist in the area. Wenny was amazing. She instantly made me feel relaxed and at home. Will definitely be returning.

Long story short, I had a pretty extensive hand injury from a severe dog bite. My hand was in a pitbull's mouth while it was pulling at it, left me with 5 deep gaping wounds in my hand, nerve damage running up my arm, lots of swelling around my knuckles, and I was unable to flex my index and middle fingers for a few weeks. My mom was already a regular patient of Stephanie's for PT, so I decided to try her out.Initially she measured the circumference of my fingers and wrist to compare the swelling to the other hand. We also did a strength test, my injured hand had half the strength of my other one. She conducted a very thorough first appointment. We did radio-frequency therapy, and lots of various massage techniques to reduce the swelling. The radio-frequency therapy sounds like it would be a scam, but I am 100% sure that if I did not have it done, my hand would still be in pain.I have only had maybe 3-4 appointments, but there is absolutely no residual pain in my hand (8 months later!). As someone who works a physically demanding job, having full strength restoration and no pain in my hand is something that I could never say thank you enough for.Stephanie is very knowledgable and is confident in what she does. You can tell she really cares about her patients and takes time to come up with a well thought out treatment plan. I would highly recommend Stephanie Simon and Very Well KC for any physical therapy need!!

I have the Very Well KC monthly unlimited yoga/class package and it has been the greatest thing I have done for myself! The community is extremely welcoming to newcomers; I have made so many friends already. Also, the value for the class variety is incredible.I also wanted to point out how efficient they are with issue resolution - there was a minor issue with my subscription and they fixed it so quickly for me! I look forward to being a member here for a long time.

Very Well KC has an inviting atmosphere that truly gives you the comfort that they care about your well being. I saw Katie Moore for my massage.Katie is a PHENOMENAL healer. From cupping to massage to Reiki, Katie's intuition was a shining star. Any twinge was immediately followed with relief. It felt like she had a map of my aches and pains, and knew the exact pressure and technique to dissipate any ailments I had. I refer anyone who asks for a massage person to her. No one has come back to me with a complaint. Katie is in a league of her own, and I'm so glad I found her

Very Well KC is absolutely adorable and delightfully welcoming. I am a relatively new member but I have been warmly received by everyone here.The Sauna Room is cozy and lovely! I love the extra special touches of the cool lavender infused towels and juice shot!
