This is iron paradise for those serious about their muscle building, powerlifting, and bodybuilding endeavors. It’s a great mash between old school and the more modern style of training with all kinds of excellent machines. They even have different styles/brands of machines for the same muscle (e.g. 3 lateral raise machines)! My friend and I had a great training session while visiting the area, and I will sure be back.

I'll take anything if it isn't CrossFit, but this is one of the better "anythings"

I was banned from Beach Body Fitness.I purchased a membership and after 15 days was told I could only use the locker room for 30 minutes, max, or I would be banned.Honestly, I am a homeless person who is down on her luck, yet with a job, and using gym as a way to stay clean. However, it was quickly noted the double standard of individuals sitting in the locker room reading, taking photos, and the male staff coming in the locker room; which, this seems to be an issue with three major gyms on this island that I have used.Originally my limitation was set because the male staff was unable to get into and clean the restroom. Yet, I would come in at 6, 7, or 8:00 to 9:00 closing, and it was still an issue; regularly. Many times the male staff would walk-in on me while clothed, however, the final time was when a male staff member yelled is there anybody in here, upon entering; in-which I said, yeah, me! His reply was: You have been in here for 40 minutes. … My reply was: What are you my little brother? … I pay for this membership! Why should I have restrictions, your in the women’s locker room, also, plainly I acknowledged to him; I am completely naked before you.It should also be noted that there are three walls with mirrors covering them, that reflect eachother; whereby displaying everything going on in the locker room, upon looking around the corner entry.Almost every time, is not an accident!I complained to the owner about everything spoken about above; however, I could not get a straight answer, and was told I have till the end of the month, which was roughly 4 days. Notably, not immediately banned. Just that I’m upsetting the balance of things. Her excuse for the male employee was he has tinnitus and has trouble hearing. ... Maybe he should pick the dirt out of his ears, because at this point I have restless leg syndrome.—I have used multiple gyms across the State of Florida, and have had no issues, until I came to this area.—In depth, I want my readers to know about the author of this post. I am a 42 year old homeless woman, however, I do not look homeless.I dress nice.I wash twice a day.I have a government background.I have no criminal history.I went back to college at 39.I look for work, and I currently work part-time.Also, my membership was always paid. And preferably stay to myself.

I love this gym! The instructors and classes are the best. Maria, Julie, Courtney, Angie are all amazing. And the people who go to the gym are also great; I've met some who are now friends. 😘 …

If you’re a college student, you only need to pay $30 a month instead of $35. Very clean, good equipment selection.
