Kris is not only an amazing trainer but a genuine and kind person who truly cares about her clients and seeing them succeed. Kris is so knowledgeable and professional and you can tell she really loves what she does. I have learned so much by training with Kris and I cannot wait to see how much more I’ll grow by continuing to train with her. Not to mention, she has been so extremely patient with my hectic schedule and is always so kind and understanding when I have bad weeks and am not feeling motivated.

Kris is amazing, she really listens to you on what your needs are and creates a plan that is geared towards making you successful. I have not stepped foot in the gym because the thought I can’t do this any more. She has changed my mind that I can do this. Makes me accountable and is a great motivator.

So many times l've had gym partners who weren't motivated or disciplined to show up. Kris is always that for herself & helps me to be the same.She's great at creating a dynamic workout plan, keeping my form in check, and pushing me to go past what I think I can't do.I've been active in the gym for nearly 10 years but she teaches me something new each day we're in the gym.My biggest praise for Kris is that she encourages people to find a health & fitness goal that isn't primarily weight related. Working towards a concrete goal & knowing why I want it, the weight loss will come with my progress.I'm so glad to have finally met a trainer who's number 1 goal for me wasn't a number on the scale.
