What can I say about No Limits Fitness besides that it's my home away from home, my de-stress haven, my safe place. I've been coming to NLF off and on since 2016 and I keep finding myself back there. Recently I have been back for over a year and I can't imagine my life without Mike, Kristie, the trainers, and all the members. They have not only given me my self confidence back, but my health as well. If that isn't enough, they provide challenging yet effective workouts with some of the best equipment in town, but they also can help with other challenges such as "what should I be eating" based on whatever goals you have. Mike and the trainers are very hands on which is important to me so there is less of a risk of injury this way. I consider each and every one of them my extended family. If you are looking for a safe, clean, and encouraging environment, then look no further than No Limits Fitness. I promise you will not be disappointed. Heck, they even greet everyone by their name when they walk in which I think speaks for itself.

The No Limits team welcomed me in from day one and made me feel comfortable starting my fitness journey. I’m someone who goes the the gym and kinda walks around doing some machines but leaving never feeling like I truly pushed myself. Working out at No Limits has not only taught me how to properly do some of the workouts, but has also really pushed me to the max. I’m only a month into my journey but I’m excited to keep pushing myself. Being surrounded by such a motivating group sure makes it easier!

7 years ago I was looking for a different fitness path. I am a person that doesn’t like change but stepped in the doors of No Limits and instantly felt I found what I have been searching for. From the moment I walked in everyone was so welcoming. You get sucked in to a true fitness family. Over the past several years I have learned not only workout techniques but assistance in nutrition. The trainers are dedicated and truly devoted to developing a workout plan to each individual, considering not everyone has the same goal or level they are working toward. Mike, the owner, (I have to add….a very comical human that is the mold to such a tight workout family) is constantly exploring the most effective workout routines to maximize and offer members top notch results. There have been changes that each time I am skeptical about (as mentioned earlier a in this review I am not a person that likes change) but each change that has been presented has taken me to a new level, building my fitness level higher and making exceptional changes in my body. The plans that incorporate strength and cardio circuits push you as an individual to your limits or desired performance level you are looking for or can achieve. With the scrutiny at an individual level, over time because we know things don’t just happen overnight even though we want them to, has brought my muscle mass up significantly and my body fat down. I can’t rave enough about what No Limits has done for me. I would recommended anyone looking for a true change in their fitness routine to give Mike and the amazing trainers at No Limits a call today to set up your journey to a better you!! 💪🏻💪🏻

From the minute I walked in the door at No Limits Fitness I felt welcome and comfortable. Mike and the team of trainers are friendly and helpful, always willing to guide me through my individually programmed workouts. The workouts are consistently challenging, and everything is tracked so I can see my improvement - such good motivation! I also really appreciate how the programs vary to include things I have never done before or a new twist on an old movement/exercise. Look no further! No Limits Fitness is hands down the best gym in town. Mike and his trainers are knowledgeable, friendly and results-oriented. The programming is personalized and effective. The equipment is top notch and the gym is super clean and well-organized. One of the most important things to me is that the No Limits Fitness community is now family. I recently moved to the area and was hesitant with signing up with trainers as I had been with my last trainer in CT for over 6 years. She had not only trained me but my boys, it was a family environment and wanted very much to replicate that same atmosphere. I signed up with No Limit and right away I knew I made the right choice. My children and I know train at the gym, it’s is family based and foster a positive environment but challenges you physically. The support is phenomenal. I am very happy with my choice. I’ve been there now for a few months and have no plans of switching! Great team and challenging workouts, you put the work in you will see the results.

AMAZING GYM, AMAZING TRAINERS, AMAZING INDIVIDUALIZED PREPARED WORKOUTS! This is not a gym that you have to figure out what workout to do each day and most likely will not stick to, after discussing your individual goals, both physical and in general with a trainer, you will be provided an individualized workout schedule that is accessible on an advanced App, where you, and the trainers can track your progress - make adjustments as needed, etc. At the end of the scheduled workout plan (typically 4 weeks) you will have input for the next plan. You pretty much cannot ask for much more than a one-on-one personal trainer every day!! Mike and the staff here are incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. You will not leave disappointed! Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors – I highly recommend checking this gym out. No Limits has been awesome to me. Their trainers and individualized programing is exceptional, the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

No Limits Fitness takes a comprehensive approach to fitness and overall well-being. After my back surgery a few years ago, I still found myself in pain. Regular chiropractor appointments helped, but adjustments never lasted long. After working with Mike and his amazing team of knowledgeable trainers, I've been able to strengthen my back to where I no longer suffer lower back pain. Even my chiropractor has commented on my improvement! They encourage you to move at your own pace which helps prevent injury and burn out. I've finally found a gym where attending doesn't feel like a chore and is truly an enjoyable experience I look forward to.
