Found this gym after we moved out here from the valley. The coaches are top notch and the training partners are very welcoming. I’ve been signed up for over a year and love this place so much that I have my daughters coming here regularly. They host all woman’s seminars too. Come check this place out

I'm a brown belt who usually trains in northern California. This has become my place to train when I visit Palmdale. The coaches and students have been incredibly welcoming, and I always step away with a new piece of knowledge. If you are in the AV and want the best no-gi, come train here. You'll love it.

This is THE spot for grappling in the AV. Jimmy, Tim and Javi are phenomenal and highly skilled coaches. On top of being competitors themselves they are constantly pushing their students to grow.A very welcoming environment where you're thrown right into the action if you're that type of person or gradually work from the beginner classes to All Levels. My whole family trains here and we wouldn't have it any other way. Lets roll!
