I’ve been going since summer and have enjoyed the classes, the coaches, and the community. Josh (the owner) fosters an environment welcoming for beginners to pros. Each class is serious and hard work but so enjoyable. Certainly beats lifting weights without a purpose. Here, you can learn boxing, muy thai, BJJ, and supplement that with strength and conditioning classes. Big box gyms and dancing zumba cannot compete.
