I’ve been a regular student at the Awareness Center since 2015. This is REAL Yoga. The yoga taught here is a Mind/Body/Spirit practice which heals on so many levels. And the community is wonderful!

Really nice yoga studio with a genuinely chill and inclusive vibe. I hadn't done Kundalini yoga before and didn't really have a clue about but I'm learning so much. They also just started a 'flow' yoga class for if that is more your scene. It's a really cute building and I love the decor inside - very relaxing. The hack is to street park in the residential area on the block behind Foothill.

The Awareness Center in Pasadena is my home away from home. I’ve had many transformative healing experiences there with yoga and other restorative practices. In addition to yoga, they offer many interesting workshops and events. I am grateful to all of the many talented teachers and healers for helping me through the years. I can happily say that I’ve made several lifelong friends there. I highly recommend it!

Great classes in a relaxed environment full of friendly people. All teachers are good, but you really need to try a few out before you find YOUR teacher. I find that my friends all have a different favorite.

I took an online class with Atma, it was wonderful. Just what I needed. I'll be back for more. I'm grateful for these offerings while we're staying at home. Even better, because I live several states away, this is a great opportunity to meet new teachers.

I've been off the mat for a number of years. Starting up again this year has been slow going, but completely worth it. The Awareness Center has brought me back to the best experiences of my practice and I'm very grateful for their friendly and dedicated teachers and staff and the lovely space they provide in which to grow.

Awareness center is my home. It’s the most spiritual yoga I have experienced in San Gabriel Valley. I’m a lazy bum and luckily this place is ten minutes from my home, but there are people who travel an hour for this place. It’s sacred and the teachers are amazing!

I started attending Kundalini classes at the Awareness Center in 2018. This was a very difficult time in my life and I was actively healing from trauma. Knowing little about Kundalini as a practice, and uncertain what I was about to experience, I immediately felt safe and welcomed upon crossing the threshold. From my very first class, it was as if Wahe Guru Kaur intuited exactly what I needed each session! The breakthroughs, growth, and healing I received changed my life forever, I would not be where I am today without the Awareness Center.

I absolutely love The Awareness Center. It is my healing sanctuary. The community is beautiful. Their Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training program is the best! I love Wahe Guru, Atma, Ravijot and Suraj's classes. If you want to find your tribe and spiritual community, this is the place.
