Club Lagree was the first pilates studio I visited when I signed up for ClassPass a couple of months ago, and I have since tried several other places but keep coming back to Club Lagree. I like the megaformer machine they use, which is the only machine I've found I really like. I've gone to 3 classes at this location so far, all with different instructors (Jennie, Veera, and Taylor), and they have each been amazing! What helps is the instructors slow the pace way down, which forces you to focus on technique. During my first workout at Club Lagree, I could feel the burn only a few minutes in, and after every workout, I continued to feel the effects for at least a day or two.Unfortunately, I can only visit here occasionally since I don't live in the area, but if I were to move closer eventually, I would become a regular.

I have been attending Club Lagree Pasadena for about 6 weeks now and am in total awe of how I have very little to no more pain in my lower back and hips. I have two torn hamstring tendons ( one in each hip) and used to be extremely active however was in constant pain as a result of heavy weight lifting and excessive stair mill use. I could no longer work out they way i knew how to and I fell into deep despair thinking i wouldn’t ever be able to work out again. After thanksgiving I decided to buy an in home treadmill and sign up for Pilates. I decided to buy a 10 pack of classes on their Black Friday sale. I can tell you that it’s probably been the best decision I’ve made. My core and lower back were so weak before starting this series. I have gained the confidence I needed to continue gaining my strength back. Cindy is my favorite instructor because she asks what if any injuries you have prior to class and offers modifications on the fly which are extremely helpful. She is kind and patient and more so knowledgeable. I will continue to frequent Club Lagree Pasadena, and feel that I’ve finally found my new workout style. Thank you thank you 🙏🏽

Update: Someone from Lagree finally reached out to me via email and set me up. I was able to attend my first class at their Outdoor location. The facility was set up under a tent. It was clean and well ventilated. The instructor was really good. The class was small so we each received a lot of attention. The class was really challenging. I was shaking within the first 5 minutes! Overall it was a great experience. It is more expensive compared to other classes, but I felt it was worth it.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I'm beginning to think I've been scammed. I purchased a 5-pack deal during their pre-sale in 2019 before the location was opened. I haven't been able to use it due to the pandemic. Finally Lagree is opened for outdoor. But I couldn't apply the passes. The app doesn't work. And I've been trying to contact them for multiple times multiple ways. Did not get an email response. Then I found out that they changed their number. So the number on the website isn't even working anymore. Anyhow, I called the number, nobody picks up the phone, I texted them at both numbers and nothing!
