Hot 8 Yoga

We all need hot 8 Yoga. I always leave feeling refreshed, energized ,relaxed, healthy. The studio is clean. The front desk is very friendly and accommodating. Tge eucalyptus scented towels are a treat . parking is easy and they validate for two hours. They have plenty of classes at different times of the day for all levels of practice. I love that the studio has so many classes at different times of the day. I can always find a time to get in. Not only is the staff friendly, all students at the studio have been polite. Hot 8 yoga offers different types of classes, depending on what my needs are. Love this studio.

Absolutely love coming here. I tried Hot yoga on a whim and it has now become part of my weekly routine. This location is clean and the staff is friendly. The classes are inclusive of people at all levels and the instructors are very encouraging.

Very great atmosphere. Amazing studio overall, everything from the meditation garden outside to the cleanliness of the studio. The yoga instructors I have taken classes with too have been awesome too.

I’ve absolutely loved my experience with hot8yoga. I’d never done hot yoga before but it was such an non-intimidating process. The front desk persons were so helpful and kind. I went ahead and got a membership because I enjoyed it so much!

I love this place! I love that there are many classes offered throughout the day so there's always one that fits my schedule. I love the variety of classes-- there's sculpt and barre for when I want a total body workout and there's fusion and yin when I just want to "chill." It's also pricey, but you do get what you pay for!

I am obsessed with my new fav workout spot. This space is beautiful, with a serene outdoor space perfect for cooling down after an intense workout. The showers/locker area is always clean + the whole space as an amazing smell. The schedule is perfect for me because my schedule varies + I can always find a class that works. I think I've taken them all by now! The teachers all have their own unique style but I've never been disappointed. My new addiction for sure.

The staff at the Pasadena, CA location are ALWAYS friendly and are ALWAYS asking me how they can make my Yoga experience better. They are ALWAYS trying to make you feel right at home. I absolutely love this yoga studio!! They have a nice variety of classes that change monthly.They literally have a class for just about anything you can think. My favorite recently were the "Crank that 2000 rap era Power Yoga" and "Full Moon Power Fusion". I'm use to doing HITT workouts daily and still find the classes here to be extremely challenging. I am being pushed mentally and physically which is great for me! The front desk staff always greet you with a smile and go out of there way to make sure you have everything needed for class. (yoga mat, towels, etc) I look forward to hopefully seeing this business expand outside of California because I would truly be a lifetime customer :D

I discovered hot yoga at a studio in the Greater Los Angeles area that left quite a bit to be desired in terms of cleanliness, ambience, and comfort (wet squishy floors make my skin crawl). Then in the last couple years I discovered Hot 8 Yoga in Pasadena and did a trial membership to check it out and quickly fell in love. They pride themselves on being “sparkly clean” and the thermoplastic construction and soft textured surface of the floor in the studios may look like spaghetti but it provides safety and comfort and is WAY more hygienic than the studio floors at my previous studio. The bathrooms/locker rooms are pristine and the amenities are appreciated, especially the free shampoo, body wash, conditioner, lotion, shaving cream, and deodorant, etc. The instructors are enthusiastic and keep the students motivated and in a positive headspace throughout the hour long sessions. I highly recommend Hot 8 Yoga Pasadena!!!

Really lovely studio with great teachers. They all have different approaches but know their stuff. Rental mats cost a little amount if you forget your stuff, but they provide shower towels and mat towels if you need it (I believe for no charge).Studios are big, can be very hot or just regular hot depending on day/time/circumstance, but they're great. They also have an outside area to cool down at, showers/lockers are nice to clean up after. 5/5
