I was scrolling through Instagram when I saw an ad about A Better Me Bootcamp, sharing about a free 6-week challenge to lose weight and body fat. It caught my attention enough to schedule an appointment with Ryan. When we met, we had a great conversation about what the program would look like and I was ready to sign up. And then, Ryan asked if I'd be willing to make a bet on myself. To be honest, I was taken aback by the $497 bet on myself as I was expecting a "free challenge" but I later discovered that the bet on myself served to be extremely motivating for me during Weeks 2-5 when I wasn't producing the results I was committed to during that time frame. If it hadn't been for the design of the 6-week challenge, I predictably would've quit after not seeing results.I had started the challenge weighing 174 pounds and measuring at 22.6% body fat. 6 weeks later, my final weigh in was at 162 pounds and 15.5% body fat-- down 12 pounds and down 7.1% body fat. With the mix of 3x/week workouts, meal planning, and access to coaches, I was able to exceed my goal of losing 6% body fat and more importantly, I have instilled a new lifestyle habit that I am proud of.I strongly recommend people who are considering the challenge to dive in, ask questions, and participate fully. The coaches are generous with their time, motivating, and friendly.Despite being an athlete and having done a lot of different work out exercises, ABM provided to be the most life-altering program in terms of results produced and habits formed. Whether it was the accountability, meal prepping, or simply making a bet on myself, I'm proud to say that I accomplished my intention and would invite any of you reading this to participate as well.

I've been working with Ron since the beginning of January. Now, I can't say that I enjoy any of the exercises more than I used to, but I do like how much stronger I've gotten. And even though I've only lost 5 pounds on the scale, both myself and other people I know can see changes in my body, which makes me incredibly happy since I'm trying to look better for my wedding in April.I really like that Ron's sessions last about 30 minutes, which is the exact amount of time before I feel like I either want to die or kill someone. Ron is really good at both pushing me to my limits and also anticipating when I can't push myself anymore. I always feel like I leave Ron's having done a good workout. Very worth the money.

Ron is hands down the most amazing trainer! I cannot say enough good things about him. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of how the body works, nutrition, safety, and what works and what doesn't. Ron is also very supportive and kind. It's soooo good to know that you have someone who always has your back and has your best interests at heart. He genuinely wants you to succeed at your goals and improve your health. During our workouts, I always feel challenged but never feel it's too much. I feel challenged at just the right amount because he tailors the sessions to my physical abilities. Working out with Ron is one of the things I most look forward to during the week. I always leave the gym feeling like I am finally able to be in control of my own destiny and health.I've already lost over 10lbs of body fat after training with him in a short amount of time. My clothes are fitting better and my energy level has gone up because my body is building lean muscle. When I first started, I could barely do a sit up, but recently I was able to do 10 sets of sit ups and squats. I cannot explain how much joy that fact brings me. There's still a lot of hard work until I reach my goals, but for the first time, I feel empowered that I am actually able to reach those goals with Ron's help. If you are considering personal training, you have to try training with Ron because there is no comparison to him.
