My son had his first appointment at The Jump Lab today, and I was impressed with everything they had to offer. The trainer he met with was awesome--she was enthusiastic and warm and I could see how natural she must be with the young athletes she works with. I'm so happy I found such any easygoing, yet professional environment for my son to train and grow. He's looking forward to the next sessions we've booked!

When I first started Jump Lab I felt low & weak. Now, 48 sessions later I literally feel stronger & happier. Not only did it help my health, but my mental health too. Syd & Ben are awesome personal trainers. Thank you Syd for being motivational even when I thought I couldn't do it! Jump Lab is an amazing place to achieve success!! Love to you all!!!!

We are HUGE fans of Ben and the team at Jump Lab. My daughter plays volleyball, and we'd been looking for a place to help her get stronger.Jump Lab has been the perfect place for her. They are really thoughtful about understanding each athlete and tailor the workouts to their specific sport, position, and need. They are great motivators, and push them hard while making it fun and challenging. They are super flexible with gym times, and you get the feeling they're genuinely rooting for each kid's success and growth.The facility is also great. They have all the classic equipment as well as things like VertiMax platforms. It's always clean. The vibes are great - all the trainers feel excited to get the most out of ppl and everyone there wants to get better and I think that's contagious.Most importantly they get results!!!If you're on the fence, just ask one of the athletes training there and I'm sure they'll vouch for em. Highly recommend!!

My daughter plays volleyball as a middle blocker. Since starting Jump lab, she has greatly improved her vertical, her strength and her balance. The sessions are personalized, challenging series of exercises that are efficient and results oriented. She has definitely benefited from the jump training in a short amount of time. The trainers are highly motivating and professional. Jump Lab is critical component for improving performance in any sport. Highly recommend!

My daughter plays volleyball and found Jump Lab from a friend on her team. It has been everything I hoped for and more. Best thing is,…..she wants to go and asks me daily when she’s going next! She likes the trainers and the format and how they ask you what you want to work on that day, and then they show you what to do and how best to do it. She already feels stronger and is motivated to go at least twice a week to keep improving her fitness and game! I highly recommend Jump Lab for young athletes - Ben and his team are great!

My son is transitioning to a 60/90 baseball field next season so we were looking for a facility that knew how to work specifically with baseball players to get him ready. Appreciate not only the strength and speed training but also the injury prevention they work on. It’s only been a couple of months but can already see a difference with his physique and play. My 13 year old really enjoys working out with all the trainers there too. Worth the money.

I’ve been going to The Jump Lab for almost 3 years now, and I don’t regret it one bit. The Jump Lab has prepared me in the best way to be the college athlete I am today. My speed, agility, strength, vertical, and overall endurance has improved so much since I first stepped into the gym. Additionally, the training staff there helped me grow as a person and player, bettering my mindset, and offering a space where I can be myself.

Ben is an awesome trainer. I don’t really workout and have never really done personal training before. Jump Lab helps me achieve my physical fitness goals through personalized workouts and teaching me the proper form to correctly do them without hurting myself. Ben motivates me and pushes me by providing a safe and judgment-free environment where I can just focus on improving myself. Jump Lab specializes in training young athletes, but I also highly recommend Ben and his team for everyone who is looking for professional trainers to help them with their fitness goals whatever that may be — whether that’s to be leaner, stronger, faster, etc.

This is the best place in the area for serious young athletes to build a solid foundation and take the lead in their physical development and start focusing on their athleticism. I have already seen my daughter becomes a faster, stronger and harder worker for the past 2 months she has been with the gym. Well worth the price. All the trainers are knowledgeable and encouraging. They motivate her to make sure she is doing the moves correctly while giving out her best. I also like that they focus on injury prevention. Would recommend if you have a player who needs strength, agility and speed training.

My daughter has been going to Jump Lab for about 5 years. She is currently playing high school basketball but when she started with Jump Lab she had nagging injuries , mostly leg and ankle issues.It has been a HUGE game changer for her.Since starting with Ben and his staff she has not only remained injury free for 5 years, she also is in incredible shape.Also, the staff at Jump Lab has been so great and so supportive to my daughter. She goes on and on about how great everyone is and when she leaves jump lab she just feels better about herself.Strongly recommend Jump Lab to anyone!
