Very unprofessional. They raised my monthly fee from 15 to 25. I wanted to cancel my membership because of the pandemic. When i got there they wanted to charge me $70 when at signing they told me i can cancel anytime. Company is trash!

I want to have my kids there, I also want to marry my future wife there too, while I’m at it I want to have my medical school graduation party there also.Personally never really liked the gym nor I ever will but I’m very fond of the employees that work there, they are proficient and delightful individuals I do hope I continue to see the gym strive for greatness.

I'm happy I've joined Blink Passaic. The downtown location is central and convenient, equipment and facilities are new, it's open and airy - spread over 3 floors which is itself a workout (elevator available if needed). Lots of natural light and windows. Staff is professional and friendly; Will the personal trainer is knowledgable, motivating and himself very fit. Training tailored to your needs and fitness level rather than rote. The facilities are spotless and (at least in early mornings) not crowded, though peak times might be different as locker room / shower areas are relatively tiny. The other members I've encountered seem friendly, without attitude. I wish the gym had steam / sauna / classes - the prices (including training) are reasonable and there is virtual training available. All in all, Blink did not disappoint.

Very good gym, been working out here for a good year and a half and overall well cleaned and maintained. The employees that work here are great mood lifters from start to end. The problem I have currently is with the manager. I had trouble the other day paying for my account and the girl working there at front desk did her very best to help. She called for her manager to come help her and she came. I'm a person with thick skin and don't have a problem with rude people. But the manager was giving off the worst attitude not only to me but my aunt and friend. I would really like to see this get fixed or changed. Employees are meant to be mood lifters and I believe managers or supervisors should be the super mood lifters. Good gym though, would still come everyday. NO PAIN NO GAIN!
