Love it I was a Planet fitness member switch to this location. Very friendly and welcoming staff. They keep Gym clean and I also like all the workout machines very happy here š ā¦

Very nice gym, very clean and very well designed. Although price is 10$ To start a membership with 5 days left of the month and then you have to pay another 15$ for the next month which makes no sense why they wouldnāt just give you the 5 days with no cost

Great gym but due to covid it closes at 9pm making it impossible for me to use my membership as I finish work at 8pm. No access to the showers ! Iām hoping that soon itāll go back to its regular closing time which was at midnight.

Most unprofessional and disrespectful staff/management Iāve ever encountered. Also rip you off with a āmaintenance feeā of $31+ when you cancel. They say itās to keep their equipment āup to dateā. Why should members be responsible for this?!!! Never join this gym and/or waste your money here!!!!! š ā¦

Gym is a nice facility. Policies however are outrageous. During a global pandemic the only way to close out an account is to show up in person, or go to a post office to certify mail. Extremely inconsiderate for the health and safety of others during a challenging time. This establishment should be embarrassed by the fact that they are forcing their clients to expose themselves to unnecessary risks just for a signature on a piece of paper. As I said, the gym itself is fine, but customer service and policy is nothing short of poor and antiquated.

For $15/mos.(lowest level membership), it's not bad at all! It's not like planet fitness which doesn't have squat racks, bench press, heavy free weights. Its a legit gym for casual fitness peeps and muscle heads alike.

Would definitely give this establishment 0 stars if possible. Joined this gym approx 2 years ago, and decided to cancel my membership here and join elsewhere, as other gyms definitely offer more than this facility was. I decided to cancel my membership way before the pandemic began, and called to cancel. They do not take cancellations over the phone, so I had to go in person to do this (with no problem). I spoke to an associate and from my knowledge cancelled my membership. We are now in the month of November, and according to my bank statement I have been charged membership fees the last two months, and also a large annual fee which overdrafted my bank account, leading me to another large charge. I physically cancelled this membership MONTHS ago in person, but they have no file of it on their end and I was never given any paperwork regarding it upon cancellation. Here I went again, back to the facility to once again fill out the same paperwork and cancel my membership. Extremely unprofessional manner as well, the gentleman did not even ask my reason for cancelling and wrote that my reason for cancelling was "covid" related which it was not at all. How about asking me why I cancelled? Or how about telling me why I am here AGAIN to pay ANOTHER fee to cancel my membership at this poor establishment. Also did not even make me sign my cancellation form, and said "oh sorry thought you already signed it," and it took me to ask about my signature before he already told me to have a nice day and expect my departure. I have been a member of this gym for multiple years and worked out with multiple friends as well, and all of us have cancelled our memberships and joined elsewhere. If you care about your finances and want to deal with professional customer service and also work out in a great gym, this is definitely NOT the place for you.

Tried to cancel my membership have not set foot in 3 months..they use a billing cycle where you will always end up paying a renewal fee of almost 50 bucks even if you are cancelling the rest of the year ..no one in billing or the gym have any access at all to make any changes or notes to the system..ala cablevision..just there to collect $$
