I joined American Muscle Corps in May and have loved my experience. The staff and members are incredibly friendly and helpful. In the past, I have been overwhelmed/intimidated at big box gyms. At AMC, I feel comfortable, safe, and like the gym is accessible for my level of fitness. I have also started personal training with Gail and she is fantastic! I look forward to our sessions and how she gently pushes me. Not only am I seeing results, but I'm also building strength and confidence. I 100% recommend AMC!

Hands down the best gym I have been to. Gail is incredibly knowledgeable about fitness and passionate about keeping the level of integrity of the gym high. The gym is clean, has a good selection of weights and equipment and has an amazing atmosphere. Highly recommend!
