It’s a nice place especially for beginners. A bit irritating they close early on Friday and Saturdays. Of all days to close early why do it on the weekend? Also they need to get a real weight bench! First gym I’ve been in that didn’t have a single l weight bench.

I am a beginner at the gym and I have always felt comfortable while I am here. I am not small and I definitely have a lot to work on and of course I was nervous about people staring at me or not making me feel welcome. I have never felt that way and I have been there like 10 times now? I actually do recommend this gym to my friends and family as I feel everyone needs a safe space to work on themselves and Planet Fitness in Pekin is just that!

I have been terrified of going to the gym for years. Tonight my boyfriend and I took the leap of faith and our important first step to getting healthy. The gym was clean and had cleaning stations everywhere for easy access to keep safety in mind during the pandemic. I didn't feel judged while I worked out on the machine that I was able to do with my limitations. Very satisfied with this gym.

I have been to the surrounding Planet Fitness’s and this one is by far the best around. the clientele are awesome and it’s a very supportive environment. Most clean gym in Pekin, if you have the chance try out Pekin PF!

Always a welcoming environment for all levels of fitness and body types. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Locker rooms are always clean and makes it easy to work out, shower, and get ready for work.
