If your looking for a place to work out. This is the place. Its nice, clean and the trainers are there to train you . If your looking for a female trainer LORISSA is available. If your looking for a guys BERT is your guy. You guys gotta check this place out.

What I accomplished with another trainer during one month, Bert did it in 2 weeks. No lie, I dropped 10lbs in 2 weeks with no cardio and sticking to his meal plans and work outs...EASY. You're not doing grueling 2 hour sessions eating only rice, broccoli, and chicken like the other trainers. Easy 30-40 minute sessions and his meal plans and shakes are more compatible with everyday life. Cravings just went away after the first week and your energy levels maintained. After going with Bert, you just naturally become more accustomed to better/balanced eating. The meals/work outs are custom to the body you desire.
