Make sure you READ READ READ the contract.Sec. 702.303. CONTRACT TERM. (a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), the term of a contract may not exceed three years. (this is from the statues.capitol.texas.gov)According to the person I spoke to the contract does not have an end date. I paid everything that I owed because a 100 dollar bill a lot better than being in collections. The staff is really professional don't get me wrong I loved how they treated me, but this is a lesson that I had to learn to make sure to read the contract and do not lose it because it is 30 dollars to get a new one. A 40 dollar cancellation fee for a contract that has no end date.

Don't do it. They will get you no matter what. Management are not kind people. I had my card stolen so bank issued me a new card. They penalized severely for missing a payment, no mercy. Because of that I asked to cancel account, they penalized even more...rip off... management won't care about anyone
