Good gym, but machines go out of order pretty often. The stair masters all 4 of them went out of order for about 2 months. Lately they haven't been refilling some of the paper dispenser to clean the machines. Other than that its a good gym.................Edit Review..Today i had a bad experience at this location. As i was leaving the gym i was approached by a front desk employee to ask about my daughters age. Mind you, i signed in my daughter and she didn't want to workout so she stayed in one of the tables in the front. Employee by the name of Adrian asked her age i said 13 and i told him i signed her in which i belived thats why he asked. He goes into his system and then says maam here it says she is 15 and its NOT ok that you lied so next time you need to bring her Birth certificate. He said this with an attitude. First of all that is not a way to treat a customer. I understand if they have certain . I am very turned off by this situation. People maKe mistakes, so you automatically accuss your customers of liying. Plus i am a paying customer not like i am there working out for free. I am paying for a black card to be able to have a guest. Theres way to ask for confirmation of age and its not by accusing the customer of lying like i am getting over payingy fees. I understand he is doing a job, but his approach was very unprofessional. Needless to say i will be canceling. This gym is not worth the trouble.
