Giving 2 stars. I live in San Antonio and needed a box to drop-in for a month here in the RGV, I have 4+ months experience of CrossFit and was hoping to continue that here. When I signed up I asked for details, and quickly realized I was in the bootcamp program. When asking a coach about the CrossFit classes/workouts, I was told He would be the judge of whether I was ready or not. Even after I told him my experience, and had been finishing the bootcamp workouts. It was very discouraging and disappointing. Haven't gone back since the conversation, waste of money. Hoping they will be more encouraging to anyone else who walks in.

I give this place 5 * because they are strongly united as a family. Focused on getting better each day. They take pride in their work. They bring value to the people around them and the community as a whole. We need more places and coaches like this in the RGV communities. They will help build a stronger mindset in our men, women, and children alike. Reducing diabetes, and heart disease by promoting a healthy lifestyle of training regularly and eating healthy. Places like this build the warrior spirit in men, women, and children. That is important in the lives of men. It sets up a foundation of a good relationship with working hard to achieve something.The coaches here are a family of trainers and competitors driven to change people's lives. Active and healthy lifestyles save lives.
