Good gym, good price, easily accessible (at any time) and has what you need to do what you need to do. Definitely for people that just want to lift w/o any B.S.

Old school gym feel. Never overly crowded and has all of the needed workout equipment in good condition. Friendly staff. 24 hours is a plus, and you can control the Bluetooth if you want. All around great spot

I was in town for a couple of days and stumbled upon Iron Works Fitness. The gym is great and has that old school golden era vibe. Zach was very helpful during my time being there. Will definitely be back whenever I'm in Philly again

Has everything you need for powerlifting, 4 squat racks. It's perhaps a bit on the tiny side but you really can't beat the price and location near CC. It's 24/7 and you can almost always get a rack, owner is super nice and always around too.

Fantastic gem of a gym. Has everything you need from squat racks to machines. No unnecessary frills, just a great place to workout out. The community of regulars that I encountered were always friendly too, can't go wrong with this place. Owners are super friendly and respond quickly to any messages.

Great gym if you want the no frills experience. All the essential equipment is there, the gym is never too packed like LA fitness, and there's no distractions, TVs and non-sense going on around you. Because the gym is open 24/7, you can always find a time that fits you and there are plenty of times you can get the gym to yourself. Highly recommend if you live in the Fairmount/Spring Garden/West Poplar area
