Got the grandkids going to their camp and they could not be happier. Outstanding staff and environment for the kids. What a great facility!!!!

Great full service facility. The club provides a full range of workout options. More than any gym in the area in my opinion. Pool, cardio, weights, b-ball and tennis courts. Plus so much more.

It's OK, but some of the equipment is soaked on sweat and hasn't seemed to get cleaned in a long time, especially those rope_grip machines, ropes are soakedOther than that, it's pretty good, weird policies though.

This morning around 9:30am, as I was getting dressed I saw a bedbug in the men's locker room that is closest to the weightroom. It crawled from the floor, up and disappeared into one of the lockers. It was large and engorged, appeared to be a female, meaning they are likely nesting in the locker room area. The bathrooms have always been smelly, they likely are not cleaned properly, there are carpets on the floor in there, which bedbugs are known to nest in. I have enjoyed working out at this gym, it's never really crowded and the equipment can get the job done, even though it is old and outdated, likely from the 90s. It is close to where I work, but I can't worry about getting bedbugs from the locker room. The woman at the front desk was unaware of what bedbugs are or what they looked like, which shocked me.

If you go on certain hours you'll find it's not that crowded I go early in the morning after that maybe a couple laps in the pool ,then a quick couple minutes in sauna, I ride my bike 20 miles

This place is amazing for families and the staff is kind and helpful. The Zumba teachers are good at keeping the class entertaining and fun.

Dirty, old, bad ventilation in gym section , with weird cancelation policy (60 days prior notice) and extremely expensive. The only reason I go here is because it's close.

A no frills gym that offers everything you want and need to workout and live a healthier life. There is a lot of equipment available for cardio and weightlifting. The equipment is clean. The floors need a cleaning. Most, but not all, of the front staff is professional and kind. There is a particular person who has an attitude. Don’t let that individual ruin your day. The hours could be increased. If you want to look at yourself this isn’t the place for you. Otherwise, check this place out.

The staff is really nice; the facility is huge and they have everything you’d need at a gym including a pool, hot tub, sauna, they also have group fitness classes and one on one personal training everything is included in the membership and it’s really really affordable. I’d highly recommend Northeast Racquet Club!
