There is no better place to get after it. All of the trainers here are experts at getting you to where you want/need to be physically. I trained with 5 of their trainers and all of them have been excellent. I would recommend this gym to anybody of any physical ability. Platoon is the way to go!

My trainer Thaddeus is very patient and knowledgeable. He emphasizes on proper forms or correct techniques to prevent injuries. He is also big on proper breathing methods when exercising. He pushes you to constantly engage your core muscles. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family.
