Do not train with Lamar at this gym. I paid him upfront. He trained me once then proceeded to cancel the next 6 sessions within 2 weeks. I asked for a very reasonable partial refund and to stop training with him since I was wasting my time. He agreed to the refund, then stopped responding to my messages. His training is a scam. I should never have paid him upfront.

I've done their challenge/contest, and been going here for Saturday bootcamp for about 5 months and training w/Josh (@elite.247365) for the last two. LOVE this place and pretty sure I've found my fitfam!Challenges: Sound at home workouts and nutrition - sooo many good results stories out of this. Go see their IG!Bootcamp: I burn about 25%-40% more than my normal Y classes(per Fitbit) & ittsa vibe - they occasionally have health related vendors and a DJ!Training: Josh always listens to what I need and comes up w/creative sessions for me and pushes me to do more than I think I can but is right there w/support.Facility: It's a boutique studio(smallish), that being said it has many sections AND a kid room which my 6yo has tested and approved. Parking is not an issue.

I’ve been attending Push U for almost a year, prior to starting I went to the gym and had no clue what I was doing. I talked about getting a trainer and getting serious but didn’t follow through. After a few months of not coming in like I said I would, Troy reached out and convinced me it was time. The first week was hell, and my body was so sore. Troy assured me it would get easier if I stuck to it, and he was right. The next week the pain subsided and my love for working out was growing. Currently I attend 3 days a week and hate missing a day. It’s cliché but whenever I have a bad day, going to the gym truly helps. I may complain and give the trainers a hard time, but I appreciate their patience. Troy takes the time to demonstrate each work out and makes sure I execute them properly. If I have any questions or struggles with meal prepping, Troy is easy to reach and has great response time. The overall environment of the gym is great. The members are friendly, nonjudgmental, encouraging and respectful of space. A bonus is Push U offering monthly challenges (with big and useful prizes) which really gets clients involved and gives us something to look forward to. Overall, I’m extremely happy with making Push U my go to gym. I definitely recommend giving them a shot!

I’ve been working w/ Justin on and off since 2014 he is AWESOME at what he does the atmosphere is amazing at gym. I’ve lost 17lbs in a month utilizing his meal plan and workouts. Whether you come in person or do the online program you WILL get results. TRUST THE PROCESS❗️I was getting discouraged bc I hit a plateau he gave me a call adjusted my program boom I’m down another 4.3 lbs. Go check them out every trainer is just as great.

Let me just give you a little advice. Stop what you’re doing and get to Push you Philly! I started a couple of months ago and I’ve already seen tremendous results that I could not have achieved on my own. They are professional, knowledgeable, and supportive. Justin and Troy are not only amazing trainers, but individuals as well. Just think of Push U as having knowledgeable fitness family members that are giving you life changing results and meal plans to help you on your journey of health and wellness.

I started going to PushU fitness 2 years ago. I wanted to change my lifestyle in order to look and feel more healthier. I was also looking for a place to go that was affordable, local, and most importantly train with people that were knowledgeable.I injured my arm over 15 years ago and never had full range. I wanted to work out with someone that was a trained professional that could help me build my arm back up. I started training with Justin. Justin taught me techniques that I NEVER would have learned on my own. Not only did I find exercises that I could do in the gym by myself, he taught me techniques I could do in my home as well. He also allowed me to see the benefits of maintaining a healthy diet. Within 2 months I lost over 20 pounds. My arm gained so much strength that I could do pull ups (something that I have never been able to do). The changes to my body were noticeable to friends and family. I felt a lot better physically!Everyone at PushU is helpful and motivating. I don’t feel judged when I workout. Everyone will push you to your goals. I would highly recommend Justin and any trainer at PushU.

Joining Push U has been the best decision I’ve made for my health and wellness. It’s like joining a big fitness family that encourages you and motivates you to stay consistent, one of my biggest problems. Membership includes a meal plan with loads of options. The studio itself consists of different rooms dedicated to different exercises (cardio, legs, spinning). As far as trainers go, you really can’t get any better! I train with Troy and he is a phenomenal trainer who really knows his stuff. You’ll wake up the next day after a session and muscles you didn’t even know you had will be sore! The exercises are never boring and he always manages to concoct something new each session. Needless to say, I absolutely love my Push U family. “Trust the process” and you’ll 100% see results.

I wish there was a Push Universal Training Studio in North Jersey. Either that or a virtual class/onsite trainer from there. I first started training with Troy and then consistently trained with Justin. Both are fantastic!! Justin helped me strive harder and achieve my fitness goals. The environment reminded me of a Rocky/Creed movie scene. I love that type of gym ambience. The price is so reasonable. Justin went above and beyond in making sure I left the gym feeling productive and not rushed. The staff and clients are very welcoming. Thank you Push Universal Training Studio for all you do!!

I joined PushU 4 months ago because I needed to add some discipline to my workout regimen..and I haven’t looked elsewhere since. I train with Justin and he’s great. Workouts are creative and challenging; he finds ways to workout muscles you didn’t know you had. It’s obvious that he genuinely loves the job!
