PHILADELPHIA LOCATIONI was reluctant to sign up based on reviews complaining about their billing systems. I did a one day pass and noticed the gym looks nothing like the Groupon photos!There’s a lack of spray bottles and product in the bottles.Don’t come when they first open! One staff member will be hiding in the bathroom on their phone and not opening the doors. When this happened I called the gym and still no one opened the doors even though they were open! No staff members seem physically fit.I bought a 1 month membership on Groupon. It was a bearable experience as they have a glute machine I really like but I would never commit to a gym that doesn’t keep its hours or agreements.The second time I bought the 1 month Groupon they told me I they don’t have the “code” to redeem it in their system. The girl at the desk told me to call corporate and they don’t have a corporate number. I mean it’s a joke at this point. So I emailed and I will update this review!!!!!My car broke down & the gym is important to me. I wasted lyft fare and money on this membership. I didn’t even get a courtesy work out, they tried to charge me for a day pass. Plenty of better gyms in the Philadelphia area DON’T use this gym if you take your fitness serious. RUN!

This gym is a little farther from my house, so I I don't use it as often. It is well equipped, clean and well maintained. I can get in a good workout. It is usually less crowded than my other gym. I usually run outdoors when I am not on a strength training day, but with the recent air quality problems (smoke from Canadian wildfires), running on a treadmill in air conditioning was a better choice. I am 72, so while I am very fit, I still have to be careful when the AQI is in the orange or red zone.

I went wanting to try it out before possibly joining. Overall quality equipment and the members seem to be friendly. My real only complaint would be that it was VERY humid, it didn't feel like the AC was on/was working. That made it a bit uncomfortable! I still may join but still semi hesitant considering reading multiple reviews about the runaround to cancel 😬

They do a run around with canceling your membership. You go in person, ask to cancel, they say they’ll do it, and turns out they DONT, and LIE. Then when you complain about the issue they say to call corporate. This gym is DISGUSTING, and half the machines don’t work. So if you want your money coming out of your account and you tried cancelling, GO FOR IT!

Youfit is a nice gym. The staff are very nice ppl but the equipment isn't always great they do have constant broken equipment and bathrooms could be more cleaner. And I wish they go back to being 24/7

Most things are broken. Very humid. I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription but the staff has made it impossible. I asked for help and keep getting gold come in do it in person, no we don’t do it in person contact customer service, no just go to our website….. which one is it really? Manager is never there either. You are only ALLOWED to CANCEL if you have a disability or move over 15 miles away.. that’s insane. Honestly feels like a scam because if you have no documents for either moving or disability you must pay over $100 just to cancel. Forcing customers to stay is insane

If I can put no stars I would. The staff is no help with anything. I’ve been trying to cancel my membership but you have to have a doctors note of a disability or you MUST move over 15 miles away. I’ve tried to speak to people here all week and they e given me misinformation every time. And once I did try to cancel via email I got declined or just never looked at my email. Then I spoke to customer service and they say you have to pay over $100 something to pay out your cancelation because I don’t have a disability….. that’s insane. Gym is small and most things are broken half the time

I would like to send an acknowledgement out a worker at Youfit GYM, olney location, Mary Bright. Mrs. Bright is a Genetal Cleaner at the GYM. The gym is always so clean. The ladies locker room and the bathroom stalls are always so very clean and smell so fresh. I have also noticed how she moves around the entire gym cleaning the mirrors, wiping off the machines and sweepi g this large gym., even between and under the work-out machines. I am retired and wonder how one woman can handle this job alone. Even emptying the trash bins and removing the trash. I commend you Mrs. BRIGHT and appreciate you keeping the gym sosanitized. Thanks for all that you do..

SCAM it’s impossible to cancel your subscription IMPOSSIBLE, I’ve spoke to multiple people who work here to ask for assistance and they all didn’t want to help me. Once I figured it out you MUST have a disability or move over 15 miles away with documented proof to cancel there’s no other way unless you want to pay much over $100 just to cancel.. very much a scam. Manager is never there, equipment is always broken. Small and humid. Staff are useless. Never been around so many people who don’t know how to work at their own job before. Every other gym is much better than this. Seems like they are trapping you into paying your subscription or taking your money somehow. Plus the automatic extra charges. JUST DONT GO HERE UNLESS ITS FOR LIFE HONESTLY

It's a pretty good gym. It's affordable, updated, spacious, and has way more equipment than P.F. I also like the music that they play. I do however wish there was more than one YF in Philly. I'd like to see one in west Philly perhaps.
