It is a great neighborhood gym! The other members are very respectful of the space and time of others. If you like to go to the gym for the community, there are tons of friendly faces. If you are more interested in a time-efficient workout with minimal distraction, everyone is equally as respectful of that. I typically go during peak hours (weekdays after work), and even then I haven't had any problems getting on any of the machines or benches I needed to have a quick workout.

I've been a member of Fitness Factory for the last two years and LOVE this gym. Sure it may not be bright and shiny like some big box gyms out there, but it has all of the equipment you need to get in a great workout. The employees are friendly and responsive and I love coming in every morning with the 5am crew. Best gym in the burgh, hands down!

Fitness Factory is a great location for all types of gym-goers. They have pretty much every machine you will ever need, however the free weight selection is nothing to scoff at. The atmosphere is awesome and there really are no gym egos that are so common at other gyms. The staff is so friendly and just such an awesome bonus. I would really recommend this gym to all of my friends.

I've been going to this gym for almost exactly a year at this point and I absolutely love it! The staff are super friendly and engaging and the facilities and equipment are always clean. The space is smaller than other gyms I've been to but Fitness Factory has everything you might need and almost never feels crowded even during peak hours.

Love it here! My husband and I have been members for about 6 months and have been super pleased with our experiences. This was my first time joining a gym, and I was super nervous about what to expect. I love the atmosphere here, everyone is really friendly, and I never feel judged (which was always my fear about gyms). The 24 hr membership is great, and there never seems to be a wait time for any of the equipment. The space is super clean and everything is always in working order.
