Kim's Martial Arts & Fitness

I was looking for some traditional martial arts center where my daughter can learn basic to advance levels of Taekwondo. Found this center so good and great. All Coaches explain things so beautifully that kids love doing all moves. I came here for my Daughter but somehow I fell in love with my childhood dream of learning martial arts and joined Kim’s martial arts as well. They have separate class for grown up as well ..

Beyond expectations! Without question or hesitation, the best school around. The quality of instruction is only matched by the quality of character of the instructors and staff. Master Kim offers safe and detail oriented instruction. The staff and training partners are friendly and very helpful. The facility is extremely clean and spacious and the environment couldn’t be any more positive. I highly recommend this gym!

Tanner Kim, the lead instructor and grandson of the founder is a great instructor. Great place to learn judo.

We visited this dojo tonight to let our grandson observe a class. He was able to participate in the class and had a fantastic experience. Everything was explained to us very thoroughly by Tanner and our grandson had a very great time.

Kim’s has my highest possible recommendation. The instructors are highly skilled and create a beginner-friendly environment while pushing you to do your very best. Whether you are looking to improve your health, gain confidence, or simply have fun, this is the place for you.

I started my judo training with Master Eugene Kim and he truly is the best. His sons are great too and I’ve learned much from them. Though I’ve moved out of Pittsburgh now due to work, I truly miss training here.

I started training judo under Master Kim more than 20yrs ago. I have been at many other schools around the country over the years and the Kims are some of the best instructors I have ever met. I look forward to having my kids train there to get the same lessons I learned, not only with technique, but character and hard work.

I started training Judo under Master Eugene Kim when I was fifteen years old and have never looked back. Master Kim's guidance and structure helped make a man out of me mentally and physically. For anyone who wants to better themselves in all facets of life, this is the place to go.

You really would struggle to find more qualified and experienced martial art instructors anywhere in the area. I'd highly recommend it both for the martial arts instruction and the fitness training. All levels of experience are made to feel welcome and encouraged, and last i checked they offer a free trial so people can attend the class and see if they like it. Highly recommended!

Been going there with my 6 yr old daughter for 2 years. Master Kim is great, classes are very productive. In the case of my daughter, back to back classes are great! (Tae Kwon Do/Judo). If you are a "belt monger" this school is not for you!
