A variety of styles are taught here, and the teachers are consistently excellent. Yin yoga with Karleen is luxuriously relaxing, and Richard's classes are a fun and challenging.

This is a fantastic yoga studio—teachers are great, pay structure is super reasonable, and the studios are kept at a comfortable temp. It's everything I had been searching for in a yoga studio in Pittsburgh. I've been to Yoga 1 with Eva on Tuesdays and Alyssa on Mondays. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a welcoming yoga studio that's not all about hot yoga.

Monique is fantastic. Versed in kinesiology/muscles/body mechanics in general. I'll definitely be taking more of her classes!

I had an amazing experience at the Strip District location. I was in-town for a wedding and snuck off to a Saturday morning Gentle Yoga class with Jonathan. The studio was lovely, the people were incredibly welcoming, and it turned out to be one of my favorite yoga experiences. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The Intro to Ashtanga Yoga with Leta is highly recommended. She is a lovely example of yama and niyama in action and delicately weaves the precepts into her teaching. It is among the best I've experienced at integrating a bit of all eight limbs into a class format.
