I wanted to work out as a guest and stood outside for 13 minutes past the time when staff were supposed to be there. I tried calling and messaging and never got a response. Good thing, because I am quite happy at another gym that is superior in many ways.

For the past couple of weeks, I have noted a sewer smell in the vicinity of the water fountain. Yesterday, the smell was horrendous. Obviously there is a plumbing problem that needs to be addressed immediately! The rating of four stars is based prior to the sewer smell and assumes the plumbing problem is fixed quickly.

Took ages to finally get a card, but it doesn't work. My favorite part is trying to get a hold of someone. Or driving all the way to the gym just to get denied entry because the card doesn't work. Then waiting DAYS to have someone call you back to get it fixed. Still waiting...

Convenient and well maintained. Cardio machines upstairs just what I needed after heart surgery. Friendly owners - assisted in setting up my workout on weight machines.

This has been a great place to work out..very clean...enough variety of machines to get 95 % of my work out done....if I had one wish it would be an ab machine without the bar on the chest....

Been a member for over 2 years and it's been great. Super convenient to where I live and the fact it's 24 hrs is great for me. I like having the option of going in early in the morning or late at night. It can get a bit crowded at times, but nothing too bad. I've always been able to find a spot to set up and workout.

The staff is terribld. Mean. Doesn't talk to you. Expensive rates. Barely functional gym. Do yourself a favor and sign up for planet fitness. Better equipment, much cheaper, massage/tanning, and personal framing included. This gym stinks!

I have only been a member for about a month, but I really like this gym!!! Although it is only the "bare bones" as a gym (only equipment, no classes or showers), the employees (who are very nice and friendly) do a great job of keeping the place looking super clean!!Of course, as anywhere you go, there are a few downsides. There isn't always someone there (usually only about 7 hours/day during the week, less on weekends), there are no classes (although you get a free session with a personal trainer when you join if you choose to and a free session during your birthday month if you choose to), and what I dislike most of all (at least at this location) is there are no showers.Overall, if you are on a budget & just looking for a place to work out, I highly recommend it.
