Tough workout. Instructors are encouraging and don’t embarrass you if you need to take breaks. Studio is clean and the music is loud. Big fan.

Fantastic workout but definitely not for everyone. If you are ready for an intense full body workout that tones your body unlike any workout that i have done before, Solidcore is your workout. But be prepared to fail, because that is part of the process. The first class can be disorienting but you gradually learn the process. The workouts never get easier but your confidence and mental and physical fortitude get stronger.

Wow! Challenging and so good! Great workouts and I would recommend everyone to try it! It took me a while to get in because I really wanted to talk with someone first, which took a bit of time, but someone from their team did contact me and got me in/gave me the scoop. My only suggestion would be to put more emphasis on this because I would have gone sooner! Maybe a phone number/email/new member selection in the app where people can connect to try their first class. Honestly, I would even suggest doing the first class for free. Then people can go in, chat with someone, and not wait to get in the door! It’s amazing!

I'm a fitness enthusiast and I've tried pretty much every workout under the sun but Solidcore is the only workout that left me shocked at how challenging it is (in a good way) after the first time. I actually told myself after the first class that I'm never going back because it was way too hard. Here I am, a month later and I've already gone to 13 classes. I have an autoimmune disorder and for years I was not realizing that high impact HIIT classes were hurting me rather than helping. Solidcore is the workout I've been looking for this whole time because it's extremely challenging but in a way that isn't damaging on your body.

:) Life goes on , just thought I share. Knocked on the door ( entire front of business is glass) the front desk receptionist "shoo'd" us away.... I live in the apartments above this business and wanted to know what services they offered. My wife knocked a second time (again, glass facility) and when realizing we were not leaving came to the door. We asked a few questions but after getting shoo'd we already had our minds made up. Two questions were asked, "Do you have personal trainers, and What do you all do here". As expected she was quiet unpleasant, her energy was just off. But again, whatever I guess. Life goes on , just thought I share.

The work out is great but they don’t ask for vaccine cards or for a mask. How can this be right? I feel unprotected

I’ve ran marathons, worked with personal trainers, climbed mountains and served in the Marines. This workout is still the hardest 50 mins of my life. Granted I’m much older now but nothing I’ve done compares mentally or physically. The instructors are all amazing and helpful. If your new and unsure I highly recommend attending a class with Mathew the studio manager or Maddie. His positivity and motivation make you feel right at home. I’ve been a solid core member for a little over a year. It’s worth every penny and I love it.

The workout is good. I recommend it. Most of the coaches are amazing but many of the good ones have left. I have been doing this workout for almost 2 years but no longer attend. Although they made adjustments to allow for social distancing, they still mandate (although not recommended by the World Health Organization) to wear masks DURING the workout. For 3 months not wearing a mask during the workout was acceptable but now they forced me out. I find it extremely difficult to breathe while exercising with a mask because of certain conditions. Their philosophies do not align with me any longer. Try it out and see for yourself. The cleanliness of the studio could stand improvement as there is always dirt underneath the machines. They often do not provide towels like they did at the beginning. They also do not properly santize the equipment.

I’ve taken a few classes here and it continues to be one of the hardest workouts. Today I took class with Matthew and he was INCREDIBLE! I’ve heard from quite a few people that this studio intimidates them so they don’t try. GO TO MATTHEW’S CLASS! He was unbelievably welcoming, attentive and most of all encouraging for where you are in your skill level. My favorite line was “using the handlebars is there for your support and to find your right positioning. It is never cheating.” Cheating is something I’ve heard other instructors call it which as a Pilates instructor and ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist always killed me. [Solidcore] prides itself on correct positioning and slow, low impact movements (amazing!) and Matthew is HERE FOR IT! Felt the inclusion today! I only wish I could take private lessons with him!
