One of my favorite places in pittsburgh, you’ll get an amazing work out and leave feeling motivated to take on the day! All the instructors are top notch and Alison the owner is an absolute gem of a human being. Thanks for creating this home for us!

I loved the entire steel house experience!! I never had a cycling class fly by so quickly- and I typically peloton! Chelsea was my instructor and I felt so welcomed, entertained, and motivated. I will 100% be coming back to Chelsea’s classes in the future!

The perfect shy girl work out! It was my first class and I was still trying to get the hang of things but felt completely comfortable messing up. This is totally a safe space and Claudette is an amazing instructor

Excellent spin studio! They provide shoes and towels, and also sell ice coffee, water and merch, etc. Their classic steel house ride is a great workout and I love incorporating arms with the small dumbbells. Also, it’s a local female owned business!!

I really enjoy the $10 community classes and hope those stay around, since the regular classes are kind of crazy expensive ($25 for 45 min) even with a membership. I do wish communication was easier - often there are issues with bookings and I will email and leave multiple voicemails and never receive a call back. This has happened at least half a dozen times and seems to be in line with the general vibe of the place. But otherwise I really enjoy classes here.

So happy to have a cycle studio in Lawrenceville! The instructors have been great and everyone is super friendly and welcoming. The bikes are top quality and the classes have been energizing and challenging. I'm so excited I added Steel House to my weekly workout schedule!

Wow this studio is amazing!!! Alison was so motivational! I was truly happy during the entire class and felt so powerful after. I have spun at 5 different studios, and Steel House Cycle is BY FAR the best!

Imagine getting all the fancy amenities of more famous spin studios but feeling like you’re at your local mom and pop gym. It’s really a special place run by a loving, compassionate, and relatable fitness instructor. I highly recommend signing up for a class if not a membership. Investing in yourself is the best thing you can do and Alison is possibly one of the best people to cheer you on. Worst case scenario, you sweat a little, get yourself some nitro cold brew and support a rad local business. But I imagine you’ll enjoy it. Thanks for having me!

Came here this morning after finding/ signing up for this place last night since it’s near where I’m staying. Really enjoyed how seamless my first class was- oftentimes fitness studios want you there 30 minutes early for a tour of the place and a million wavers. Here, I showed up 5 minutes beforehand, the owner/instructor Allison checked me in, said hello, and gave me my complimentary spin shoes. The actual class was quite good and I was a sweaty mess almost immediately! And when I came to my reserved bike there was a very nice note welcoming me. PLUS she remembered my name during the class which was quite impressive. I’ve signed up for their 5 classes for $55 deal for the duration of my visit, looking forward to taking some more classes/ instructors!
