Triangle Foundry is a welcoming, supportive community. They offer a variety of classes and the instructors are helpful and kind. They offer suggestions and modifications, making every class accessible to all levels. You can tell from the moment you walk in that they want you to be comfortable and feel good about yourself. If I could give Triangle Foundry 10 stars, I would!

I was in Pittsburgh, PA, for a few weeks. Luckily for me, my Airbnb, was in walking distance to the studio. I am an avid cyclist. I was received by a welcoming owner as well as fitness instructors. They were fun, creative and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend their studio for any of your fitness needs and/or levels. Their wholistic approach to fitness is a very rewarding experience.

I’ve been looking for a place like this since fitness 24/7 exchanged owners. This is exactly the place I needed to start over. Everyone is kind, helpful and most important to me, educated in fitness. Everything is customizable to your needs and you never feel intimidated. I have walked out of every class and every kind of class feeling incredible. Never nauseous or weak but really really strong! I love ALL of the class options! I only wanted strength training classes but I’ve fallen in love with cycling too! ( don’t tell anyone!) it really is my new favorite place. I can’t say enough good things. Plus it’s woman owned, so I’m even happier to be a part of Triangle Foundry’s team. 🧡

Triangle Foundry has been a saving grace for me! I’ve tried all the gyms and would leave feeling defeated and more insecure than when I arrived. All of the classes they offer are so much fun and for all levels. But my favorite part about this place has to be the community and support! The staff and the instructors are some of the best people I have ever met. If you’re looking for a place to get into shape and feel empowered at the same time, this is the place for you!

I recently joined triangle foundry and I have enjoyed the spin classes immensely. Each class is different and all the instructors are fun, energetic and knowledgeable. They encourage you to work to your potential but also make you feel completely comfortable to work at your own place!!!p

If you're in the Pleasant Hills, West Mifflin, or Jefferson Hills areas, or even if you're looking for a new studio, I highly recommend Triangle Foundry.Triangle Foundry is THE place in Pleasant Hills for dedicated support, a welcoming and loving community, and fit-to-you fitness plans. I toured the facility with a free tour from Jules, who was friendly and understanding, and the tour gave me comfort in knowing where to go when I arrive and helped alleviate some social anxiety. I tried the New Student Special from September to early November as a way to see what fitness I can and cannot handle after sustaining a concussion during Labor Day Weekend. Triangle Foundry uses fitDEGREE for scheduling and I found it cumbersome at first, but with use I have come to know and understand the app and find it useful, especially for tracking previous classes and seeing upcoming classes. Mandy, the owner, also worked with me directly via text messages to make sure I was getting the most out of my special. She checked in with me when I missed my first class, a 7AM Sunrise Yoga with Nicole, and has been understanding during my recovery and continued to reach out to make sure I'm happy with Triangle Foundry. Through the special, I was able to find which instructors I meshed with best, understand best WHEN I can dedicate my time (Sorry for missing your 7AM Sunrise Yoga class, Nicole!), and become comfortable in the studio at my own pace. The important part is 'at my own pace.' I tried many yoga classes and one bootcamp. I loved all of the classes, even if some of them were far above my ability level. The instructors made me feel comfortable to make each class into my own; no matter how many people, if it was virtual, if it was an advanced level class, I was made to feel comfortable and like I belonged exactly on my mat and that I can modify and adjust as needed. The Special also netted me a free mat rental, which came in handy when my own was dirty and I left it at home. They also have water and merch available for purchase, and offer lots of community building events and services, like Reiki!! The facility is clean, restrooms clean and tidy, and I feel comfortable showing up, running in, and running out, or staying a while to visit.I'm at the end of my New Student Special now and will be continuing to take drop-in yoga and bootcamp classes as I can. I'm excited to join a community spin class when I'm cleared for vigorous, highly stimulating activity.Thank you TF, Mandy, and Jules!!!!

I recently started cycling here and I absolutely love it! They also have yoga and strength training. I will be incorporating the yoga and strength in my workout soon. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. It’s hard to find a place to work out that makes me feel comfortable enough to come out of my shell and really get into the my workout…well for me at least. I don’t have that problem here!
