Great gym with loads of good classes, equipment, and a kind and helpful staff. The manager, Donna, takes care of you with professionalism and response quickly with any problems or questions you have.

I joined this gym as I am currently training for a marathon in the middle of the summer and hurricane season. It is close and convenient to home so on mornings when the weather doesn’t permit, I can easily get over there and get my run in.This morning I checked the radar and knew it was going to rain so I headed over at 6am (Sunday morning)… there were other people standing there waiting to get in.No problem, it wasn’t raining yet so I started my interval run. I ran 2 miles and headed back to the gym thinking for sure someone would be there. Nope.Now there were 15-20 people standing outside waiting to get in.So I continued. And got caught in a torrential downpour which ended my 10 mile run at less than 5…Now I read all these reviews and this whole no one there on a weekend morning to open appears chronic. Not good. Not good at all.I will give them an opportunity to right this wrong although I have a feeling that because they know it’s a problem and haven’t fixed in the MONTHS since someone posted about it, that it will continue.I’m pissed that I missed an essential run today and I’m pissed that I’m paying for a gym to be open when there’s no one there.

Danielle is hands down the best! I see her every day in the recovery room with a smile on her face. She runs the recovery program with efficiency and she is so pleasant to deal with. One day I left my headphones at home and I couldn’t believe how generous Danielle was to offer me a spare pair that she had. Just so considerate and caring. UFC management really hit it out of the park when they hired Danielle. The gym is also great, I love working out there every day. Seeing all the familiar faces! Destiny in the kids club is also a gem. We love seeing her sweet smiling face everyday. I think it really helps the children when they see the same person consistently. My experience here has been very pleasant!

Love this gym! “ Regular here and the gym itself is great. Matt the manager is great. However, they sometimes have no show employees when it’s time to open the gym on weekends. Tired of having my morning schedule thrown off! Please open on time! Thank you.

Disappointed.I was so optimistic about this place. I gave them time to get it together, but it's only gotten worse.#1 wasted space with waaayyy too many cardio machines that are never used. An entire section of space with always maybe 2 or 3 people using them.#2 to build on #1, not enough machines that you constantly have to wait. Even at 5am.#3 They hire young kids/ young adults and pay them next to nothing to save costs (while charging up the wazoo membership fees), I know bc my son tried to get a job there.#4 Their call center is outsourced to some company in some far away country, so if you need to call customer service, be prepared to explain yourself a gazillion time to someone who doesn't understand American speech or idiom. Also, wait to be read a long script, having everything you say restated back to you (if they get it correctly), pretty much spending 45 min on a 5 min phone call, just so this gym could save more costs.I'm sorry, but if you're going to charge these prices, I expect to deal with high-quality service.For this, I'll go to LA Fitness and have the ability to use any one of their thousands of locations no matter where in the U.S. I am.#5 parking is a biatch.... and it's only going to get worse with all the new businesses getting ready to open. The parking lot has tiny spaces and I refuse to park inside a garage (my husband had his truck and motorcycle both stolen when he parked them inside a garage in Plantation right down the street (not east).Simply Disappointed.Sorry Matt, you're good people and have been awesome, but Donna sucks. She's not friendly and walks around like she smelled a fart. You should move on to bigger and better things.

First time there. I would join if they offered more zumba classes on the schedule. They have parking which is a big plus.

Being an athlete that played several sports, and on every level, from High School, D1, to the NFL, I can honestly say, UFC Plantation is the most complete gym I have ever stepped into that is open to the public. They have the highest quality of equipment and selection that is on par with any professional franchise that I have seen. Furthermore, the structured classes, programs, and individual training protocols that they offer, covers the entire spectrum of physical fitness, wellness and recovery that any individual could possibly ask for, or need.With all of that being said, the greatest attribute that supersedes the rest, is their Staff!!! The synergy in the air and amongst the staff members was undeniable. It was very apparent that everyone loved what they were doing, valued each other and worked as a team. I can’t wait to work with some of the other staff members, trainers, and coaches. All I can say is, if they are as knowledgeable, professional, sincere and helpful as Tyler and Cutis were, they are headed for an undefeated season! Thank you! You guys were on point!
