My daughter and granddaughter take this class. I am amazed at how much my 8 year old granddaughter has learned in such a short time. I have seen my granddaughter's confidence grow with each class. Mr.Steve and Mr. Alan are both incredibly skilled at what they do and more importantly skilled at teaching kids. There are no boards being broken in this class...only real world self defense. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting to learn to defend themselves. These are real world tactics to save your life.

My wife and I have been watching Mr Steve's and Mr Alan's class for awhile. Our granddaughter has been going and we are very impressed by her progress with the holds and submissions that they show her and the class. We Highly recommend anyone to join who wants to learn to defend themselves. Great class and great instructors.

This is a fantastic team to learn self-defense from! The owner (Steve), his team, and the other trainers are incredibly patient and kind. I have a learning disability and a processing issue that make me a slow learner and they have been massively helpful in helping me with still understanding techniques. I highly recommend this for kids and adults!

Honestly I would give more stars if I could. I don’t know that anything I write could do this place justice. You just have to try it yourself. My son goes here and while he is still very young I have no issues with lessons or routines or the way the message is communicated. I love watching him at practice and have started attending their women’s workshops. My only regret is that I didn’t find this place sooner.

It has been a great experience so far. While i do respect other martial arts, i love that we get right to it. No spending weeks learning the poses. I felt confident after the first week that i could at least get away from an attacker.

I'm so lucky that I chose AIKMO for my introduction to Krav Maga. The owner Steve puts his heart into what he does and I with practice I continue to believe in my ability to defend myself should any situation arise thanks to very real world and practical defense skills I've learned here from his dedicated team. I am looking forward to more classes and being a part of group that treats eachother like family.

Amazing group of people! Professional of course... but also very warm and friendly environment. Good for all ages, it's never too late to start, defently important for kids and teens. Once you start you'll realize how great it is to have high quality people, in every aspect, to teach somthing so important. 6 stars from me!!!
