My daughter has lots of fun. Coaches are very good.

Very professional gymnastic school. Coaches are nice with the kids. Management is accommodating. And kids love it.

Very happy with everything they have to offer. Keeping things clean and safe for our daughter was a huge 5 star. Happy to her involved in something she loves.

Both my kiddos have gone to Twisters Gymnastics and they love it. The coaches are very nice and the equipment is in good condition.

My daughter has been going to this gym for a year now. She learned a lot at the beginning, after that it seemed it was always the same repetition of things. Probably the best way for her to learn more would be for her to do a few times a week or the competition program, however it would be impossible for me to schedule her more than once a week due to what I’m going to write next.I’m now dropping my daughter off the gym, not because of the learning that I just mentioned but because of lack of flexibility and willingness to help from their general manager Rebecca. The girls in the front (Deanne and Alexis) are the sweetest, they are always willing to help. However the general manager is the complete opposite.My particular case is that, due to being divorced, I only have my daughter every other week (50%). When she used to go to TAG USA in Weston they were able to accommodate by accepting a prorated rate. Here in Twisters they never accepted the prorated rate, therefore I had to pay for all classes of which, 50% of them, ended up having to be rescheduled due to her not being here. The rescheduling process of make ups was a total nightmare. Every time I tried to schedule make ups either all the classes were full, or they were at times that she’s not available, or they would be available, they would schedule her and then I would receive a phone call 2 weeks later saying it was now full and she couldn’t do it. If the classes were cheap I would not have minded missing them, but at $50 a class I really didn’t want to waste that money.So you can imagine how difficult this became for me.Therefore the main reason for me dropping my daughter off this gym is their lack of flexibility in situations like mine and the complete lack of willingness to help of their general manager Rebecca.

Gym is okay. Poorly managed. Lack of communication from the director, to the coaches, to the parents. They don't listen, everything is through one ear and out the other. Seeking a new gym for my daughter.UPDATE 5/18/22Elayne, the competitive team manager called my wife and demanded me to remove this review or my daughter would not be able to attend her classes that were already paid for. That didnt settle well with me. Instead of fixing the current situation they added fuel to the fire. American Twisters has made a statement via email that they will not credit us the money because of thus review. My next step is other social platforms to share my thoughts, and then on to Florida's Attorney General, where I will file a complaint. You are a business and you must conduct yourself as such. You may do this nonsense with others, but it won't be done with me. You will learn from this mistake.

I started to work at twisters 7 years ago with the intent of having a Temporary part time job. Now seven years later I couldn’t see myself working anywhere else. I think as a parent when looking for a facility for your child to practice a sport they love it might be worthwhile knowing how the employees at that facility feel about it. For every negative review on here I’ve had hundreds of positive reviews in person. I genuinely can say that I care about each and every family and everyone I work with does too. Each child and parent make me look forward to coming to “work” each day and management treats as well which is icing on the cake. My son has been going here for the last 6 months and loves it! He is in the Ninja class with Coach Patrick, who has the perfect balance of firm but caring. My son has Down syndrome and they treat him like all the other students, which is rare to find, most just see the disability! The front desk ladies are very helpful and friendly, especially when I need to do a make up or have questions. Thank you for allowing my child to thrive!
